Denman D7 Compact Popper Hairbrush, D007EBSR

Had one in my younger years and when I saw this had to get myself another. Really good to keep stashed in your handbag, clear mirror and brush is of Denman quality. Great little item.

Great size for handbag

it is good and convenient to store in bag, it doesnt feel as robust as a standard brush and is a bit of a pain to clean the hair out though. My normal denman brushes are fairly easy to clean out but this one take a bit of doing. Hence only 4 stars

I use this every day at work for a touch up after lunch - hair and make up. I don't understand people who put tiny hairbrushes in their handbag as it's not hygienic. This brush stays protected and clean. Excellent.

Arrived early

I have just swapped my huge tote handbag for a much smaller bag. My hairbrush just wouldn't fit in with all the other essentials and then I saw this. It is a brilliant bit of design - a compact about 3" across and less than 1" deep with a silicon outer cover. Once you open it, you have a mirror on one side and the flexible brush filaments on the other. Once you press that side from the exterior the brush pops out. It is the same sort of dimpled brush as Denman do in their larger brushes. When you have primped your hair just press the brush head against your palm and the brush filaments retract. The other thing to note is that teh hinge is really strong and looks like it will last. Aside from its very compact size, it is also great that the brush is protected by its cover rather than rolling around in the bottom of a hand bag with all the other detritus that accumulates there.

Was great but only lasted a few days before it snapped off. Now I have a mirror and a brush.
