Nice electric grill. Only problem is there is no stopper to prevent sliding down the food items on skewers during grilling. Also the skewers should be thin enough. Quartz heater is excellent.

the heating elemet is different than what has been shown in the image. The skewers sometimes get stuck at the top and stop rotating... Rest good except that the machine is a bit expensive

This is used product.,already damaged and parts are missing.Noticed the heating coils have burn stains, is dislodged from base plate and screws are missing. The power plug has white paint stains on it. Please arrange for immediate return and refund.

I have surfed over 20 different e-marketplaces and all possible local markets in bangalore looking for the perfect product for tandoor style cooking. Have checked out products ranging from Weber, Panasonic, Prestige and Broil-O-Char among others. Rejected them all because of either high cost or flaws which could have ruined my cooking experience.After much deliberation, i decided to buy this product and it was an instant hit!! Not only is this SUPER easy to set up and use, the quality and consistency of tandoor is brilliant. I have tried both veg and non-veg items and they roast perfectly. Some salient points:1. The skewers auto-rotate. YES! This is awesome because you don't have to worry about turning them and it ensures even roasting.2. The central heating element gets hot within a minute and is enclosed in a glass pipe. This avoids rusting and also makes it safe to use.3. There are 5 skewers and each can accommodate 5-7 pieces of paneer, along with onion/capsicum/potato between each piece. One roast round is sufficient for 2 hungry people :D4. Roasting time depends on the item but marinated veg items are done within 20-25 mins while non-veg items take between 35-40 mins.5. The are small bowls which sit between the rotators and skewers and collect excess oil/masala etc. ensuring the tandoor remains clean.TIP: To avoid the slipping issue, which I haven't faced till now, poke a small onion or potato at the end of the skewer.Desi TIP: Crush some charcoal to pill size pieces, light it up and fill it in the small bowls, put the metal jacket on the grill and switch it on. The smoke from this charcoal gives the smoky charcoal taste we all love!! :) :)

easy to use and good product in this range.

It's an OK product. Not very functional. The food pieces keeps falling down and doesn't roast properly. Not very happy with it. Other barbecue equipments would be much better than this one. I don't suggest it. Money got wasted! :(
