Have had various products namely brands of Brazilian blow dry, tried this one for first time, does the trick, hair a lot smoother and doesn’t frizz as much, downside is the smell is slightly stronger than I have used before. For me it is about how long the product keeps working, although you really should buy shampoo and conditioner to help maintain and I have not done this yet. Would buy again

First time i bought this about 12 weeks ago it was the smaller one (120ml) and it worked great and instructions said to was out 3 hrs to overnight loved the product hence buying again the next time i bought the larger one cause the small one was not enough the last time, this time around i noticed the carton was different it didn’t come with gloves and until after i started using the product i realised its not rinse after 3 days!!! there was no notice that this product was different or had a different formula! worst of all it made my scalp sting so bad, now i have to decide between waiting £50 and hours of my time or having very painful scalp for 3 days! if the 120 ml was different it should have been clearly stated

Honestly the products great it of course is smokey but why wouldn't it be if you're essentially blow drying and straightening conditioner into your hair?! I wore a face mask and was fine! i'm nigerian, indian and english and my hair feels like silk when it's usually curtly / frizzy!

The product does a decent job taming frizz, but it’s not 100% effective. My hair was smoother for a while, but I noticed the results didn’t last as long as I hoped, I had to redo the treatment sooner than expected. Also, the fumes during application were overpowering, even with ventilation. It works, but it’s not perfect.

The result in my hair was perfect! straight, soft, shiny, everything that I was looking for. The process was unmistakable and I took all the measurements to be careful because of the fumes.

It’s really good I only straighten my hair after washing not every day now

This product is a game changer if you have curly frizzy hair. My hair went from 3c to 3a with minimal frizz and maintenance. Have someone help you with this treatment and do it in a well ventilated area. My eyes and throat BURNED!! Next time I purchase this I will be getting a proper face mask that protects you from the formaldehyde. My ends have a plum color and the treatment did not change the color. I did notice I got lots of dandruff for 6 weeks post treatment, I think the product was flaking off my scalp (oiling your scalp helps with the flakes). I will plan to re-purchase this again, it is way cheaper compared to doing it at a salon which can cost > $300 CAD in Toronto and saves me so much time detangling my hair.

Okay this is going to be long but here we go. I just washed my hair last night and I was amazed by the results. I have natural 4a/b/c hair and it's never been easy to manage. Usually wash day is full of detangling, washing in sections, clipping parts out of the way, none of that. I could shampoo my ENTIRE HEAD without sections and without tangling. Below is my advice on the process. I'll put before and after pictures too. -Putting in the Treatment) it took me about 5-6 hours (by myself) to wash my hair and do the entire process. I would suggest doing a deep condition the day before because I didn't and my hair was DRY after clarifying and blow drying. Dry enough to cause a small amount of breakage. My hair is very healthy and quite thick but if you have damaged hair, you will loose a lot of strands because this process will be traumatic for your hair. You will NEED a face mask and gloves for the application. The product has like a pleasant sweet honey smell but the formaldehyde does make it potent. There were times where I was almost about to pass out but thanks to the reviews here I did this process OUTSIDE. My eyes were still burning at times but not as bad. You may want to even get goggles, I had my glasses on. Lol. I looked crazy. When you apply the Treatment itself it will moisturize your hair a little which will help the dryness until you flat iron it. Do NOT flat iron your hair 7 times like it says, that will destroy it. I did about 3 on 450. Do tiny sections. After flat ironing the formaldehyde smell goes away thankfully. Day 1-3) my hair was EXTREMELY dry until like the end of the second day, where my sebum kicked in and started to coat my hair. I slept with a silk cap on and it really helped keep it soft and smooth and limit any breakage from dryness. Be very gentle and don't do excessive combing or flat iron it because it's still quite dry and prone to breakage. Wash out & Results ) before washing I did a coconut oil hot oil treatment on the dry hair and sat under heat for 30 mins. I washed with a neutralizing shampoo because I wanted to make sure the PH was in balance. When I washed my hair out, I was amazed. My hair was soooo soft and manageable. I stopped halfway through the wash to look in the mirror and saw my type 4 hair changed into TYPE 3 YOU GUYS. It was amazing. I did see some heat damage on one section, but I'm not sure if it's because I went over it too many times or if there is too much keratin on that part, I will find out in the upcoming months and update this. The hair is amazing and even my boyfriend was astounded at the change. I immediately dc'd for an hour to prevent dryness breakage and will be doing some low manipulation/ protective styles (to make up for some of the trauma it went through for these few days). But this treatment is a keeper. Your hair changes for the better, it is so smooth, soft, and manageable. If you have problems like I did with just combing your hair, I highly recommend this solution.

Yes it’s smell horrible don’t use it with closed windows or if you are sensitive. But the product makes your hair super soft and silky. My hair is very curly and after just 1 time it was smooth. After a few days my scalp become very dry and flaky tho. But to me it was worth it. Ps absolutely never use this around kids when applying
