Package arrived on time and as described. We used them to fabricate a sliding chainlink fence gate support, as the gate was long and tended to run off path. It corrected the issue and is rugged enough to handle our extreme environment.

Awesome little roller!
Great, inexpensive gate roller! This can be used on so many other projects too! The black powder coat finish is well done. The roller is very solid, and the bolt and nylon lock washer are zinc coated to help prevent rust! I do recommend this roller by ALEKO! CPS

Great Roller but think about how to attach it
Got 3 of these for my self-built sliding wooden gate that rolls on v-track. They work perfectly. Solid construction. The steel is about 1/4" thick; the bolt is solid (3/8" ? but didn't measure). However, reserving one star as there are no pre-drilled holes for bolts or screws. If that's your intended attachment method then be prepared to drill holes. Steel is soft so it's easy with good bits. I used split-point bits and was done in a minute. Suppose they could be side-attached. Pipe strap under the wheel could work but the clearance with the frame is tight.

Heavy weld on roller
Good quality guide roller. I’m sure it could be used for many applications. I used them on a boat trailer they should last many years 3/16 thick steel bracket hard rubber type rollers

Sturdy, but has design flaws
The roller is made of solid nylon. This is plenty good enough for a low speed, low pressure bearing needed for its intended function; i.e. for a gate. The bracket is almost 3/16" thick; plenty rigid enough to handle any forseen abuse of the gate, other than a motor vehicle crashing into it. The two problems with this item have already been described by a previous reviewer : 1. No mounting holes. Unless you have a drill press, it's a bear putting holes through such a thick piece of steel that can accommodate a large enough fastener. And remember, you need two rollers, which means a total of 4 holes to make. 2. Gap between roller and bracket is only about 3/32". So you cannot fasten the bracket with hexhead screws, because their heads are too tall. Thus, the additional insult of having to countersink the holes you've drilled in order to utilize flimsy flathead or ovalhead screws that almost certainly will have to be installed with a mere screwdriver. And then can you get those screws tight enough?

I have purchased many fobs over and over trying to mate with the Aleko gate opener I purchased from Aleko. I had no success in pairing them, phoned Alekos tech line, (which by the way took forever to get through & they also are very poor at calling back like they promise) only to be told to order different ones. Ordered the other and sent back the first fobs at my expense, this time I ordered direct from Aleko. Fobs came in and still wouldn’t pair. Phoned Aleko tech line again and by the way the instructions for installing their products are not very informative, printed on little cheap paper booklet, and seem translated from another language. This time I finally got a representative named Viktor who knew what he was doing. I was advised the gate opener I had purchased from Aleko was discontinued. No fobs available. He tried his best but all Aleko would do is offer 10% off a new model. Now keep in mind this is after I just spent well over a thousand dollars on the AR750 pinion drive opener and accessory packages. These were just purchased from Aleko less than 2 years ago. Feeling pretty choked and I advise everyone to look elsewhere for a gate opener system or the accessories. The key pad stand is a joke. I paid a $100 for it and it’s cheap thin metal with plastic joints that flex 3/4 inch when you press the pad. I recycled it and had a custome one built. Cheap products, terrible support except for one person, and they will sell you outdated products. I would have left a review for the gate opener and other accessories but unable since discontinued. Very disarisfied customer.
