I have been taking this product for 4 years now. Every day, one pill a day. This is one of the most effective products on the market to reduce chronic pain. Six years ago I fell off a ladder and severely hurt my lower back. I suffered for a couple years. I was in search of relief. I found out about this product watching Larry King promote his magic pill for chronic pain. The active ingredient in his pill is the Green Lipped Mussel. I looked it up on Amazon and found my favorite brand, Swanson. The Green Lipped mussle has helped my lower back more than I can express in words. It has been a game changer for me. Now don't be shocked when you open the bottle and get a whiff of this stuff. It is a strong smell of mussles. Like you are at the beach, digging some up. Also, for the first week, you will probably belch up the taste and smell of mussles. Only a couple times a day. And after about a week, this side effect will stop. I also want to tell you it is safe for cats🐈. I have a 16 lb main coon mix that just loves this stuff. Every time I fill my pill dispenser he is right there wanting a taste. I loosen a capsule and put a little pile of the dried mussle on the counter. Just a pinch, enough to make him happy. Let's say one capsule lasts him 5 servings. I only give it to him when he wants some. I think his pill lasts the whole month. I am convinced he jumps higher, and runs a little faster every day. My little Manny simply loves this product. I would say if you have any pet suffering from joint pain, this is a great affordable product to help reduce their pain. Without doubt, this is a product I will be taking forever. I can't say much about the taste because I buy this for my elderly dogs. What I can say is they love it. I open the capsules and sprinkle it on their food. I have seen a significant improvement in their mobility and general well being. I mentioned this to my vet, and after doing her own research now recommends to other patients. A great product.

I have to give this stuff five stars. Of course it is difficult to fully test or explain the outcomes of taking this stuff, but per the pain that I have experienced in my right-knee area since January 12, 2016, as far as I can tell, this stuff has alleviated 100% of pain and stiffness. I am 55 years old and have been active all my life in sports with karate, swimming, and weight training. I am fortunate to have very good knees but in January of 2016, I woke up with serious knee pain in my right-side knee. After talking to my doctor, it was a probable issue with a meniscus tear, so I began taking it easy and making sure I was stretching each morning and throughout the day and before hitting the gym and pool. I took time off from kicking the bag and any form of karate. in short, I bought two bottles of the New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel 500 mg 60 Caps and after about one month, the pain began to slowly subside. Now two months later, the pressure in my right-side knee is completely gone also. And in fact, it feels as though I never had a problem in the first place. About two times a week I also take Nature's Way Alive! Multi-Vitamin Citrus Flavor Liquid after dinner and Trace Minerals Liquid Ionic Boron, 6mg, 2 oz. Both of these helped moderately but never long-term. The only thing that has helped me long-term and permanently is this lipped mussel supplement. I am very surprised with how well it has helped me also. Knowing that this is the main ingredient with a well-known but very expensive product being sold on t.v., I am glad that I found this version and I will be ordering again. 31 July 2017, today I received my second order of two bottles. This stuff has relieved my knee pain to zero within the past month. Last Friday I did some karate training and kicked the bag at my gym for one full hour and I did not feel any residual pain the next day. I am working out more at the gym with leg presses and more swimming. Yesterday I mowed my neighbor's lawn and my lawn, about 7.5 miles of walking according to my phone app. Today there is zero pain or tightness. Any other product that I have taken helped with the pain, but it was short-lived. Nothing has worked as well as this product. 12 Dec 2020. I ordered a new bottle for my "tennis elbow" like pain in my left elbow and within two weeks, the pain has subsided about 95%. Per my comments above, the pain never came back after I stopped using this product in 2017. As for my elbow pain, I think I hurt my left elbow after completing pull-ups at my gym, so the tendons were sore and over-stretched. I still have a little bit of pain but it is healing. 20 April 2022: I just ordered another bottle tonight. This product really helps lesson the pain in my shoulders and legs. These days, I take one pill with one Omega 3-6-9 pill. I do not take these daily, but about 3 times per week. I still highly recommend this product.

im guessing because its a powder in a capsule, not sure but it has irritated my ulser and i can no longer take it, i didnt even think that it would either, i have nothing bad to say about this product, it did work but because of my ulcer it give me bad acid reflux.. it sucks i cant return it but i completely understand the reason, thnk yu
