It came with some broken parts and they wouldn't take it back. I did a great job of gluing, so it worked and was enjoyed by all.

The vibrant colors are wonderful, but the construction is poor. The screws that hold the wooden backdrop together arrived falling apart. One of the pieces has a piece broken off. I didn't give this one star because I love the look of the nativity, but it is very fragile. The claydough edges break very easily. My sister ordered 10 sets of these nativities and every single one arrived with at least one of the pieces damaged. It's been two years since I purchased it, and while I do put it out at Christmas and love the look, I can't recommend it based on the poor construction.
