Instructional and helpful. Good diagrams and how to instructions for use of the Tiger Tail Products.Very informative. It is a spiral bound book so easy to leave open and use. It is small and compact so easy to carry.

Great illustrations of targeted spots. Very helpful.

I tried to find the Tiger Tail recommended by my healthcare provider and was only able to find it as a bundle with this book. This book is basically an attempt to get you to buy other Tiger Tail products. It shows pictures of muscle pain and where that pain could come from. But every page says to refer to pages 14-17 on how to use the tools. Two-thirds if one page shows how to use the roller and there is a card attached to the actual Tiger Tail. This was an epic disappointment and I feel a little hoodwinked that when I put “18 inch Tiger Tail” in the search bar the bundle with it and this book came up without the ability to purchase it separately. Now that I made the purchase, the individual components are available. This book isn’t helpful UNLESS you want to know what other products are available. I’ll bet an internet search will help you find that with less cost.

This book tells where the pain is and where the author says that the muscle knots may be which may be too small to detect. The book also tells which one of their products will help with the pain. However, it does not tell how to relieve the pain with their products. I was disappointed.
