My friend has a cleaning company and uses a few large vacuum cleaners. two had stopped working and when he told me how much a new one was i asked if i could look at them before he replaced them. I quickly found that the brushes were used up. Taking two screws out of a small bracket and prying the little clip put, I had them replaced in 10 minutes and back to operation ! Super easy and saved him hundreds of dollars....

Had to install in a ametek vac motor dated in 2009...easy install of brushes..motor works great..saved me lots of $$$$

These electric motor brushes were a perfect fit to replace the factory brushes. They arrived quickly, and are holding up very well. Will definitely buy again

You will need to solder the wire to the housing. Would be a perfect replacement if it included the soldering tab.

If there is one thing I do not like about these brushes, it's that I had to solder the lead wire to it's metal case. I was hoping it would have a tab for a slip-on connector - but it did not.Having said that, I still give it 5 stars because anyone who has the guts to open up their vacuum motor overcomes this tiny shortage with no issues.I have my vacuum back and the normal routine would've been to buy a new machine but with these brushes I have breathed new life into my tool.
