Ok. It may be fun to use a large axe or hatchet while camping but there are other options. The tool cuts through branches quickly and you don't have to worry about getting cut. I got these for my kids and one of the first things we tried was making a bow drill. The saw is excellent for cutting the air pocket out and going through small branches quickly. Also kids as young as 4 can use this and cut through branches, paracord, and string without needing assistance. Would recommend.I also bought a larger pocket saw for bigger jobs.

The look and feel of the saw is great. It cuts wood fairly nicely. It's biggest problem comes from when you try cutting metal or pvc. When ever I tested it out on aluminum and pvc the saw would bind up.The pack of saws is way to expensive and won't even cut pvc good.

The survival saw will be suitable to use in emergency situations. It is not overly substantial, so regular use might result in a broken saw blade or handle. The blade is a bit shorter than I thought it would be. The price is definitely right for an item to use in an emergency.

Fantastic little saws and very useful. I discovered them by chance while looking for a full size saw. They not only fit the bill for what I need but their cheap enough to toss whenever they go bad. I'm still on my first one.

Cuts but not very well. Expected better results. Better off getting larger, sharper pocket saw.

Great little edc or slim saw for your survival kit. Glad they come in packs of 5.

Use these to quarter elk and deer. Work great and weight next to nothing.
