Great electric fire, well packaged and very straight forward to assemble, flame effect can be used with no heat, operated via remote control. No noice at all with flame effect only. Great flame affects and brightness. So far so good

Lovely fire, lots of colouring settings and heat comes out nice & hot. But, the first fire we received didn’t connect with the remote (fire unit problem) replacement was sent, that one arrived damaged and finally the 3rd one was perfect. Customer service professional, but only 4 star due to the mucking about.

I spent ages looking for a built in electric fire for my new media unit. I was prepared to pay a lot more but I am very pleased I ended up with this one. It was not cheap, but it looks great now it has been installed. I have had favorable comments from everyone who has seen it. The flame effect is so realistic someone held their hand in front to see if it was giving off any heat! The only downside I have found so far is the remote control has so many options it is difficult to master. Sometimes the heating element switches on automatically when I was not expecting it, but it soon switches off again once the temperature of the room has risen to the set level. No problem with the noise of the fan. You don't notice it when the TV is switched on. I have included a before and after photo. The gas fire in the first picture was broken. It is still there together with the surround hidden behind the media unit.

When I ordered the fire we got an estimate of when delivery would be, this ended up being earlier but the courier called in advance to let us know which was brilliant, upon initial installation we notice the fire making a rather loud noise when the heat was on. I emailed customer service who were extremely prompt in their reply and resolving the issue, a replacement was sent out the very next day as there was a manufacturer fault with the fire one. The customer service we received was excellent! The fire looks beautiful and works exactly as it should! I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a modern finish to their room.

Excellent service and quick delivery with easy installation instructions. Very happy with my fire, with many comments made by others of how stylish the fire looks. Beautiful addition to my lounge and would happily recommend this fire.

Brilliant. I built a false chimney breast wall. I liked at argos, currys and my local fire shops but didn’t have much. I was worried spending £360 online but it came within afew days. Love how you can change the colours. It’s 2kw and gives good heat off. Mainly use when boiler takes ages to warm room you up. Expensive to run with heater on but mainly use it for the light effect. Defo recommend.

Proceso de entrega perfecto, llegó antes de lo previsto, cuidadosamente embalada. Instrucciones de montaje no demasiado claras (y no por estar en inglés). Funcionamiento perfecto, imagen muy real, no hemos usado mucho la calefacción, pero no es ruidosa y parece suficiente para una habitación mediana. Satisfecho con la compra.

J'ai été agréablement surpris par la rapidité et la qualité de l'envoi. La commande passée dimanche soir et mercredi dans la matinée je l'ai déjà reçu chez moi (10 jours avant la date prévue) . L'emballage est parfait, dans un carton solide. La cheminee est comme sur les images de l'annonce. Effet des flammes très réaliste, le chauffage fonctionne très bien. Bref, c'est produit de qualité.

Cumple perfectamente las expectativas. Llegó antes de lo indicado en perfecto estado. Muy decorativa. Efecto de troncos ardiendo en llamas muy logrado.

L'effet est splendide ! Très réaliste, il s'harmonise parfaitement dans le salon. Beaucoup de nuance possible. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent !Il chauffe bien et très silencieux. J'espère qu'il va durer dans le temps.

No nos ha gustado tener k montar nosotros los troncos y demás, ya que el espacio es muy pequeño y se han caído varías veces y se han roto algunos de los troncos imitación.De momento funciona.
