Betty Crocker Hamburger Helper Cheesy Enchilada 7.5 Ounce

I like this “flavor” of hamburger helper because of the rice. It seems to cook better and quicker than the ones with noodles. A few cooking tips: 1. Season the beef when you brown it. Just a typical mix of salt,pepper, and some garlic. 2. Don’t drain off all of the grease. Yes, drain most of it but leave a tablespoon or so in the pan. 3. For the sauce use a small ramekin or container. It says the use a bowl, but you will end up wasting most of it trying to scrape it out of a larger container.... and in case you are wondering it tastes kind of like sour cream.

Hamburger Helper Cheesy Enchilada is really good! I like to add a couple of things to mine. I put in a can of black beans and a small 8 oz can of drained corn. I just love it. I also like to top it with some slightly crushed Fritos for a little crunch. Make a side dish salad and you have the perfect meal. Its easy to make and only dirties one pan. I will be buying this for years to come.

I wish it had the corn chips that crunchy taco has. It is a slightly better flavor then taco, but not having the corn chips just makes it feel... incomplete. This however is about the best HH once you add lots of chesters hot fries to it. Yeah... yeah.... yer welcome... Why didn't you think of that? I don't know, but yer welcome. It's amazing. Add some taco hot sauce on top of that for even more bang.

I'm pretty sure that people who really enjoy spicy food will like this product. I've reached the age where spicy doesn't like me.

Makes for a good, quick meal. My 11 year old daughter enjoys cooking these.

Love this meal helper. We moved and can't find it in the stores near us. So happy it's on Amazon Pantry.
