It’s doing its job
It’s very helpful for me, it helped me sleep at night and I stoped grinding my teeth, I become more calm during the day, but I was ant sleep I still had energy.

Noticeable lowering of cortisol/stress levels, just feeling way more chilled since I’ve been taking it - have been sleeping through the night until until around 4.30am, after which no problem getting back to sleep until 7am. Really works!

Felt great!
As soon as I started using these capsules I felt alot better. Irritability was lowered within a few days. Feel great on these. Definitely improved mood without any side effects. Capsules are easy to swallow. The ingredients suit me being gluten free. Great product will sure use again.
