Q: Is there an instruction manual for this machine? There was a single descriptive sheet in broken english but nothing else.

Our machine arrived damaged, with broken and missing parts. It did not include a manual, nor any instructions whatsoever ! The packaging was inappropriate for shipping, with holes and gaping openings in it. When we reported the broken machine, we were told to ship it back insured and trackable before they would refund us. We have requested that they pay for our return shipping but have not heard back from them nor Amazon. Very disappointed with Amazon and would want to warn everyone not to purchase this machine from this supplier.
