Q: It say we can machine wash but what about drying can I put them in the dryer

I haven't attempted to put them in the dryer. They dry pretty quickly when I just hang them in my bathroom.

Q: How big is the pouch? I've got some bull nuts that most jock straps don't accommodate. I need lift with room.

The pouch is non existent on these. I made the mistake of purchasing them since the pictures make them look nice, but there honestly is no room for your nuts in these. I also bought a XXL for the same reason and it still too small. The strap fit is great, but there honestly is no pouch to speak of.

Q: I have a 36" waist what size should i get?

I also have a 36" waist and the XL fits perfectly! Both waist and pouch. Sizing is consistent with each different style they make. Best jocks I've ever owned!

I have a 30-31 inch waist and purchased a XL. I tried a L and it was to tight for me. I needed the extra room. To be honest there was very little difference in the sizes.
