If you had no trouble ordering this drink, then this is a problem you won't be familiar with.... and so you're not understanding the issue at all. So "order from another website and get prime"... yeah don't know wtf that could mean... at all.

The orange storm one comes with a code on every can. But it also launched with the game so there is no old stock to mix it with. So if you wanna gamble then buy one of the four original flavors. If not then buy orange storm (when it’s available) to get a code with each can.

Q: Why cant you deliver a 12 pack of this to my house, yet you can deliver a 12 pack of original Amp to my address?

I'm sorry..I don't understand why you can not get both at your address..maybe inquire at your local postal office and then Pepsi..your concern deserves a valid answer
