On assembling the 2nd chair we found it to be different to the 1st chairThe arms are rocky on the 2nd chairThe padding of one of the arm's is about1 inch thinner than the remaining threeThewhole chair is out of level and shapeIt looks and is different from the 1st oneIt is so shabby in comparisonThere is also a large lump under the seat cushion which is very uncomfortableCould you please swap it for another one of the same model thankyou

I have difficulty getting up from an ordinary chair but the rise and recliner chair solves that problem. Over the past two or three weeks I have used the massage settings regularly and I can't believe how much it helps.
