I have a broken ear drum that will not heal from a sinus infection. I wasn’t sure if this would work but its Fanastic!! It takes a few seconds to get dialed in. Also, you don’t even notice it. I have small ear holes and was worried that it would hurt but I don’t notice a thing. If you turn it up too loud you will hear things that you don’t want to. I turn it up enough that I am hearing the same in both ears. It costs less than the surgery to possibly repair my eardrum. The surgery is only 80% effective and if you need to have the surgery again, it cuts that percentage in half. Good luck!! One more note - it helps me to be more balanced since I purchased it.

Its been two weeks and it is working great. Volume is very easy to adjust, Very comfortable and is almost invisible. Battery compartment is just a little bit hard to open at first but is okay now after we put it on the table for support while opening it. Accessories not available to buy yet as it is a new model but they will send you one if you need it free of charge according to customer service who responded to my email in just a matter of hours. I bought it saturday evening EST and received it on monday. Best customer support.

Delivery, packaging and instructions for use all excellent. With a little practice i'm learning what settings (1, 2 or 3) to use in different circumstances. Group meetings and outdoor bird watching. Instead of spending 4 to 8 thousand on hearing aids, I found this sound amplification device does the job for me at only a couple hundred of dollars.My only complaint is when I close the battery compartment it is very difficult to reopen it.

It's not often that I thank a company for their products. But your affordable hearing aids have changed my life for the better. I have sounds now that I haven't heard in years. Because of the high cost of hearing aids and the lousy Medicare insurance I have had to go without aids for several years. It was getting so bad that (especially at a restaurant or any place with background noise) I didn't go out very much. I felt left out for not hearing well and would get flustered for not being able to hear well. Your hearing aids I can afford and will put them up against any hearing aids on the market for quality and affordability.
