This is by far the most powerful mixer cup I have ever had. Of course, that's why I bought it! So far I've only had single cell type. I ordered a blue and a pink. The pink one arrived with a faulty lithium cell that was at zero volts, while the second one was at 4.5v (!). The device simply said "lo" if I touched it, and it could not charge. The dead cell had formed lithium dendrites inside and was shorted out. It got hot if I plugged it in. I contacted the company and they immediately sent a replacement pink cup no questions asked. The replacement works perfectly like the blue one. Great service by the seller.I will come back and update this review when the cups wear out or fail. Depending on how long from now that is, it will remain 5 stars or drop down. I use these cups multiple times per day and so I expect about 7 months. If it exceeds that before I need to repair them or replace the battery cells I will be very impressed.Side note, this 8.4v (7.3 volt nominal 2S) cup absolutely destroys anything you put in it. It crushes ice in a split second, and I've never triggered any kind of overload. The same cannot be said for many of my past USB blender cups.The battery drops off DEAD when the display reads about 30. Treat 35 as dead and recharge it.

I lived this blender till it ran out of a charge. The charging port doesn't fit any cord, including the one it came with. Now it is unusable. While the blender is great at first, I wouldn't recommend it if it can't be used after it runs ot off juice.

Product worked for a week than would say it needed to be charged after I had it o. The charger for 2 hours don’t waste your money!!

Perfect for carrying, but it took me and my husband a long time to get to work and its still works and not works!

Loved it so much, I bought a second one as a gift for a friend.

Not what I was intending. Needed something for protein/pre workout. Didn’t not charge well nor grind up ANYTHING.
