I have episodes of irritability, sometimes mild, sometimes raging. I find that when I use this product and Pure Calm together, I am calmed almost instantly. It's amazing, truly, and keeps me from regretting losing my temper with my preschooler. I wish it came in a larger amount, as I'm kind of hesitant to use it for minor irritability with such a high-price-per-dose factor.

I suppose I have more anxiety than anger, so it may not be fair to say this didn't work for me, but it didn't. The very first day I tried it, I felt relieved to have something in my system that was natural and could help with my nervous outbursts, but I guess that was the placebo effect because that feeling of calm was not repeated again. I have half a jar sitting on my counter if someone has found this to work and wants it.

Don’t waste your money, this product does not work. I tried returning based on their guarantee and they did not.

Unfortunately for me this hasn't helped in reducing anxiety or in helping reduce irritability. So, the functionality of this particular product is ineffective .

I'll admit it...this product is for me! I was on an Rx that caused me to rapidly gain weight (which doesn't exactly help with irritability, by the way) and decided to go off the Rx. I wanted to try the homeopathic route, but needed to stay away from St John's Wort because I read that it can impact the effectiveness of birth control pills (yet another thing that would not exactly help me to be all too chipper). I decided to try Anger Soothe. Here's the good and the bad:Bad: It's in a liquid form, so I find it to be a pain to take. The directions say to mix it with a small amount of water and then to sip on it. A person can also put a few drops right into their mouth instead, but the liquid is a mint flavor and kinda "burns" a bit doing it that way.I also find it a little embarrassing to haul around with me and to use when I'm out of the house...I mean the bottle does say "Anger Soothe" on it (it's a great conversation starter!)Unlike the Rx I was taking, this product doesn't prevent anger for me, it just helps once I'm already feeling angry.Good: It DOES help quite a bit with anger, not like my Rx did mind you, but it does take the edge off.

My daughter and I have been using this for years. I usually buy this somewhere else, but it takes a weeks to get here. Thank goodness Amazon has it, now we can get it in a few days. We suffer from anxiety, high stress, and she has turrets. This has been the only help that we have found for her without side effects.

Good product for a asd meltdown. This works and it has no bad taste.
