Q: I bought one of these before and it had a raised label, I just bought another and its just a sticky flat plastic label. Have I received a fake?

I also bought one with a raised up label. However I didn't think it was as good as what people were saying. I decided to buy an oil burner with wax melts which in my opinion are far better.

Q: I never recieved my candle. Tracking states that it was delivered. what courier do you use?

DPD, Hermes, DHL and ParcelForce - all good (so far!)
