Lower grade materials. You get what you pay for.
The set is very cute and very sexy. I was excited to receive these. The garter belt has no closers and is stretchy lace material. I am 5'4" 155 lbs and they were a little tight but not uncomfortably so and didn't have the stretched to capacity look. The disappointment was that one pair of stockings had multiple runs in multiple places fresh from the packaging and were not usable. They weren't torn, but the holes were stretched and looked about to tear. The other pair of stockings were fine. I wore them for 10 hours with no runs or problems and toes are reinforced. The price is very affordable, and that means lower quality materials, so I wasn't terribly upset since I still got one good set out of my purchase.

I'm 5'9" and they fit great! **Tip--don't hike them up, run your entire hand up your legs and before you attempt to get them on all the way, put on a pair of shorts to pull them up the rest of the way. Use shorts of a nylon/blend silk-type material like athletic shorts or dressy shorts that have a silk like lining in them...do NOT jean shorts)Try it--it works!

Those socks are super good, I almost wear it every day since I have got them, it is strong, elastic. Especially fits my legs very well and it looks beautiful when I am wearing them. But later on, the belt doesn’t hold the socks as strong as before.

I love this, it is so simple and cute.Only complaint is it is a little bit big on me. Expected it to fit at waist, but fits at hips. I am 5'4 and 118lbs....but I still wear it all the time
