It works
It's a valve stem cap. Not a lot to say, but these are nice quality and fit well.

Nice long valve stem cap, but no threads at the base!
My problem: I had trouble reaching the valve stem caps inside the trim ring on the wheels of our car and wanted a longer valve stem cap so that I could remove it easier. As advertised, this is a longer valve stem cap for a Schroeder valve type of stem such as normally found on automobiles and many bicycles. However, the threaded portion is only at the tip top of the cap and does not extend all the way to the bottom. This cap works perfectly on my bicycles that have long valve stems (5-star for bicycle use) but they did not screw onto the much shorter stems of my car, which is what I bought them for (thus the 4-star rating). By grinding out the base of this cap a bit and sanding the top of a normal short cap to fit inside this one, and then gluing those together with epoxy glue, I was able to construct a long valve stem cap with threads at its base that I can easily reach and remove on our car (see pictures). Note to the manufacturer Dorman: If you folks could just make a version of this cap with threads all the way from top to bottom, you would have saved me a lot of fuss and I would be HAPPY to pay you extra for that. Cheers!

Decent valve stem caps
I use these to make custom valve stem caps. The plastic seems a little brittle but so far they’ve held up well. They have a little rubber gasket/seal inside and work well with TMPS sensor valve stems.

Stupendously great TPMS caps.
While it's hard to get excited about dust caps, these are great replacements for the super junky caps they use at most shops. They're a perfect fit for the TPMS stems on my Subie and do a good job protecting the threads and keeping dirt out of the valves. My car came with similar caps, but every time I take it in for service, I end up with a weird mix of colors and shaped caps when they check the air in the tires. It's easier to just replace the oddball caps with these than it would be to get the mechanics to find MY caps.I especially hate it when they put green caps on my tires since that's a flag to many shops to try to sell you a nitrogen fill, which is pretty much a scam since air is already 70% nitrogen and any benefit is miniscule. In conclusion, these are great little caps. They fit perfectly. They protect your valves and threads. They don't cost very much.

I can't believe i am actually reviewing valve stem caps.
I mean, they are valve-stem caps, so there's not much to review here, but I did want to note that not only are these a perfect OEM replacement for recent cars with TPMS sensors in the wheels, but that they can still be used on older cars without TPMS sensors. The newer valve-stems are thicker (diameter is larger) at the base and then they taper towards the end to reveal a narrower threaded portion. The caps thread on and cover the metal taper, so everything looks seamless. On older (non-TPMS) valves, which are a consistent (smaller) diameter from beginning to end, with no taper, these caps thread on and the "skirt" of the cap that goes over the taper on the newer stems just goes over the rubber portion of the existing stem.In other words, if you have both older and newer cars and are trying to decide which caps to get, these will work for both.

Fit Perfectly on 20" Ram Longhorn Rims
Fit exactly like factory caps, and cover all the threads on my 2014 Ram 1500 Longhorn with the 20" rims. For those of you who are wondering, yes, they have the red "O ring" inside them for a better seal on the stems. Had new tires put on recently at a discount tire store, and that is the last time I use them. Among other, more prominent issues, they threw my caps into a container with a million others of various sizes/colors, and when they put on my new tires, they just grabbed from the collective pile. I ended up with one green (nitrogen) cap, one silver cap, and two black caps, all smaller than the factory units they took. They worked, and while it doesn't matter to many, I am a little particular with my vehicles. These larger, OEM style caps are hard to find, thank you Amazon!

Just like Dodge OEM Large Caps
Bought to replace OEM Dodge Large Tire Caps for 2016 Dodge Charger RT, and were great quality and fit. Also put on Taurus SHO, and they fit great.

Fits 2016 WRX and many Subarus with long TPMS valve stem caps
I recently had a leak patched on my 2016 WRX at a tire shop. As usual, I had one valve stem cap from their bin of caps which did not fit. The TPMS on WRX and many Subarus have a long valve stem cap (0.73") and standard valve stem caps work look funny with much of the threading exposed. These caps are almost exactly like the OEM with some minor differences. They do have a rubber gasket inside like OEM. It is weird that there is not many after market offerings for valve stem caps this size.
