I wanted to use the product for a few uses before writing a review - I can say after several weeks I am enjoying my tumbler! I searched for a tumbler that allowed you to drink your tea without removing the infuser and this was the only one I found in my price point. I love the design - it makes the tumbler super easy to use! The infuser basket screws onto the inner lid which is separate from the outer part of the lid. If you unscrew the inner lid slightly there are slots that allow the tea to flow while the basket is still in place! I’ve used this tumbler for hot tea, cold tea, and other warm drinks without the infuser basket! It keeps my hot drinks hot for a good while allowing me to enjoy my beverage! The only thing I would caution is not to use herbal teas such as turmeric as it stained the clear plastic part of the lid. Other than that, I absolutely love my tumbler!

I was looking all over for a insulated tumbler to keep my tea and/or coffee hot. I had specific specs, I need something that wasn't too big but not too small either. I wanted something that was good quality, could keep my drinks hot and not leak and would also be able to fit my car cup holder. After looking around comparing to a lot of high end brands then I decided to give this tea tumbler a try even though it had few reviews. I've been using this tea tumbler for several weeks now and it has made me very happy. I am able to make tea in the morning and transport it without worrying about any leaks (If you seal it tight and correctly) and it stays hot for at around 3-4 hours!!! I've tried the Contigo brand but this one is way better in my option. This is one of the best things I've bought and if you are looking for a tea tumbler like me, trust me you won't be disappointed.

Not impressed with this mug at all- the strainer is so small it doesn’t hold enough tea to make a decent cup of tea. It is very awkward to drink out of. The only plus was that it does keep beverages hot for a long time. I did contact customer service about my my concerns and all they did was reiterate the instructions which I was already aware of and had used appropriately.

The holes on the bottom of the infuser are much bigger than the side holes. The tea leaves just fall through. Very disappointing, from the picture it looked fine, but the size difference was not noticable. It might be fine as a cup, but I didn't want another insulated cup.

I spent a lot of time looking at insulated bottles that could strain loose leaf tea. I finally settled on this one, since it seemed like a good combination of price, looks, durability, and functionality. A few weeks in, I mostly like it, but it has some flaws. The biggest issue is the strainer. The mesh on the sides has pretty small holes, but the holes on the bottom are larger, which allows the tea to fall through. I always end up with a bunch of gritty tea at the bottom of my mug. Also, it's improved over time with use/cleanings, but it had a very strong plastic smell for the first few uses.

I wanted this to take to work. I’ve used it with loose tea and bag tea. Both worked well, and the tea was hot most of the day.

Keeps hot drinks really hot all day. Keeps cold drinks cold for awhile aswell. Easy to open, clean... etc

Initially received a defective tumbler and the company sent me a new one. Great product. Easy to use. No spills or leaks. I really like it and would definitely recommend them.
