waste of money - do not buy.
I have tendinitis in my thumb that is fairly severe right now due to my job as a music teacher requiring me to play piano and 20 month twins I pick up all the time. I was hoping this tape would help and it does not. Initially it was helping out, but if you try to do anything besides sleep with it on, it does not stick or do anything to help with pain. It is very difficult to cut and did not come with the application guide.

Works great
I don't personally use this I bought it for my son who's very active with basketball and baseball. Most of the other tapes I've gotten in the past have irritated his skin this does not. It works great and he said it's very comfortable to wear.

Can tell a difference with my hip pain
This stuff is great. I have been skeptical of using kinesiology tape before but I am sold now. I have had hip and arm pain but can really tell a difference when I use this. My wife has also been using this so I am going to have to get more.

Worked Great
I have purchased several socks and sleeves to help with my pain from plantar fasciitis, but none of them worked as well as this tape. I followed the directions and taped the bottom of my foot and got instant relief. O sti have some pain, but not like it was. The tape has been on for a week now, and is still sticking on even after showering.

Great for pulled muscles
I do aerial silks so I am constantly pulling muscles and straining things all over my body. I also scoop ice cream part time, and my arm gets sore. This tape is great! I wrapped it around my arm and left it on overnight and when I woke up, my pain was gone. Just an overall great thing to have around when you need some support. It's almost like cure-all at my house: just some KT tape and some advil!
