I use a ND and MD. My Naturopathic Doctor has been helping me with hormonal issues for years. Since starting menopause (and surviving through 2020) I thought I was losing my mind. I couldn't focus, couldn't multi-task and was having a lot of anxiety and low energy. I take a bunch of other supplements, like menopause support, estroven, vitamin d and more... My ND is on it! But, when I complained of the loss of focus and feeling "crazy", she prescribed this SAM-E. It REALLY, REALLY helps! I feel SO much better. Not 100% since I am still managing all prior mentioned, but this stuff does help.
