Disappointed
I loved everything about this product when it arrived. However after putting it on for the third time the band ripped apart where it attaches to the little plate. It seems the plate has sharp edges that cut through the rubber band. So disappointed. A waste of my money.

Great product but needs to allow more letters
Needs to allow more letters per line but otherwise it’s comfortable. Waterproof and very easy to read. The way it’s made you can actually put the medical ID part on the inside of your wrist and then it looks as if you are just wearing a black bracelet. Obviously emergency personnel would still see it quickly since they always check for a pulse rate during an emergency.

I really like this bracelet
I ordered this custom bracelet and got it sooner than I was supposed to (bonus!). It has held up well, it fits well, and all my info is legible.

Buy it!
Amazing!! I wear a bracelet everyday and I work in food service, my old one was elastic and got really scratched, and stretched out, I wanted something more durable and it’s perfect! And comfortable! And arrived early! Will buy Again in other colors

The information is on the underside of the tag.
Ordered for my 13 year old daughter to wear to the beach. Fit her great. The writing is easy to see and read. I like that the info is on the underside of the tag. The only issue is tge edges if the tag are a little sharp. We are going to try to smooth is with am emery board.

Nice, subtle piece
Great quality, engraving is easy to read. This piece was much nicer than I expected! It has a surprisingly subtle look to it, so it doesn’t scream DIABETIC! We love it!
