I bought these reusable ice packs to help with an injury to the underside of my forearm near my elbow. The have elastic straps with Velcro. The straps in the photo are what sold me! They WORK! Ice packs stay in place! (Even while sleeping) The price was great. Excellent value.

These aren't glamorous. They aren't expensive. They are, however, my go to when I need an ice pack. They don't have a cutesy cover to stuff the ice pack in. What they do well and makes them my favorites is they are just the right size for an ankle and for my wrist. I fell a couple of months ago and injured my wrist. Not broken, but the tendon runs through a fibrous channel that continues to be inflamed. I can tell a fun cortisone shot probably is in my future, but until that time comes I will grab one of my three ice packs like this. For my wrist, I can hold the edge of the ice pack and quickly wrap it around and secure it with the velcro. The whole strap accepts the velcro, so you can fasten it in tons of lengths. For some reason, the stretchy strap holds the pack in just the right shape. One of my favorite things about this ice pack is it usually only stays super cold for about 20 minutes, the time recommended to not go over to avoid burns. I have a bad habit of falling asleep with the ice pack on and the 20 minute cold is perfect. A long-sleeved sweatshirt usually is perfect to ice my wrist through without having to use a towel. Love these packs.

I brought the ice pack to alleviate my swollen foot in the instep area. It’s a great product and it was useful for what it was intended for. The Velcro and the elastic wrap held the ice pack in place. The gel like material cool my foot without being too cold, so I don’t need a towel between the ice pack and my skin. The bad is it becomes less effective after 20 mins - it does not retain the coldness for too long, so you would have to refreeze the ice pack.

This is my favorite ice pack so far. It stays flexible when frozen and has a strap to hold it in place. Works for me!

Nice ice pack but strap could be longer .Hubby had a knee replacement n needed ice pack for knee but it was swollen so due to short strap it was tight.Otherwise goo

This is perfect for small areas that need to be wrapped. Works great on wrists and ankles. Stays cold for about 30 minutes

It is just as it shows in the picture. The size is perfect and it's of great quality. It doesn't leak and I like that I can wear anywhere. It does get cold but not very long, maybe 10-20 minutes. Even though it doesn't stay cold as long as I'd like, it does what it needs to do.
