Mastering Brewing Science: Quality and Production

This is my goto book. When I started working in a brewery there were a lot of things I needed to pick up fast. This book has helped me in so many ways.

I enjoyed all of the chemistry and study of brewing.

Book came in decent condition and was shipped quickly.

Pretty good book for how much you pay, i was really looking for this book. It shows short but simple understandable break downs of brewing processes from micro biology down to the molecular level/systems and brewing terminology. Being able to use this as a reference when conducting tests is nice. Also the pictures are in color which is nice. I think its Worth the buy and i have alot of brewing books so its worth it for the $.

This book has great content, however, it arrived to me in terrible condition. Bent corners, damaged spine, and a cover that was seemingly folded over and creased onto itself twice. Would not advise ordering this from amazon.

This is a book that I will reference for years to come. Anybody on the production side of brewery operations would benefit from having this book on hand.
