Replacement Camera Battery Cover Case Door Cap Lid Repair Part for Canon EOS 5D Mark III 5D 3 5D3 Digital Camera

Lost a hinge on my original battery cover door causing it to come loose when opening and I was afraid I would lose it. Never thought to look for a replacement and ran across this accidentally...easy to install and for a nominal fee I am back to normal camera operations.

There's really not much you can say about the battery door. It's a Canon brand door. However, the product arrived sooner than expected. That always makes me happy!

Doesn’t fit well enough to stay in place when the door is opened to remove the battery.

Fits well. Came with a few flex’s of excess plastic that needed to be brushed off and the pin that moves so you can put it in don’t move as smooth as OEM but once it is in it’s a perfect fit and swings open perfectly fine. 8/10 match for the canon one.

Be careful with this replacement part. I had issues with my OEM door after my camera dropped and needed a replacement since you cant use the camera unless the door is closed, and while it does work, it does not have the lining like the OEM camera to prevent water & debris from getting into your camera, and it does not sit perfectly flat. Get it if you need a cheap temporary replacement.
