This was a little smaller than I expected, but it made up for it in quality. The packaging is great for gifting. If you can part with it when you get it, that is.

Ball is a little large than a gold ball and the base is cheaper plastic. The ball and laser engraving is IMPRESSIVE. I was so happy. I'm sure I could buy a better base, but for $20 the glass ball is totally worth it.

Product was fine but was really looking forward to receiving it in a nice box and instead got one that was damaged and dented on one side and broken on the other, disappointed in the product packaging :(

Nach dem auspacken und entfernen des Batterieschutzes, musste ich leider feststellen das der LED-Lampensockel bei "On" nicht leuchtet. Auch mit 3 neuen Knopfbatterien ausprobiert, aber auch da funktioniert der Sockel leider nicht. Ich habe dann den Verkäufer angeschrieben und um Reklamation gebeten. Ohne Probleme wurde mir kurz darauf ein Ersatz geschickt und als Entschuldigung auch ein weiteres Produkt mit einem anderenElfenball-Stil. Beide Sockel funktionieren zum Glück und ich bedanke mich recht herzlich für die unkomplizierte Entschädigung :-)
