Great & Reliable product!
Great price & excellent product! I cleaned even the fair jewelry I bought in the 80s 90s and 2000’s and everything came out looking fantastic! Make sure though you use a timer because if you leave something delicate in it for four or five days it will crinkle up, turn black and be ruined.

Glad to find this on Amazon
I purchased my first jar at Tuesday Morning many years ago. They only carried it periodically. When they went out of business, I stepped up my search for replacements. Thank you Amazon. In my experience, this does not damage pearls (at all) nor chains/closures. It does leave the pearls shiny as new and devoid of all the oils and grit that accumulate on jewelry that is worn often. This is the real deal. Buy it here (and pick up several here when the pricing dips).

Works great on antique pearls!
I had a Laguna simulated pearl necklace from my grandmother that had yellowed with age. I was trying to polish it with a polishing cloth I received from a jewelry store after seeing if they could clean them but they couldn’t. At first, I wanted to see if this would be safe for them so I only dipped the end in and swirled for 30 seconds. When I took them out the yellow pearls were a beautiful ivory! I did the whole necklace and it looks brand new. I can’t believe it! Definitely worth the money. The liquid inside the jar is now disgustingly yellow.

Get it together, WJ!
The product is ok, but how long has Hagerty been in business? Why can't they figure out their packaging?? Even the shipper sent it in a zip-lock bag. Considerable spilling when I opened the jar, overflow when I closed the jar, and once closed tightly it leaked about 2 ounces. Fortunately I'd put it in a new plastic bag. If history is repeated, it will have evaporated and leaked considerably the next time I try to use it.

Kindest to pearls
I was shocked to learn that regular jewelry cleaners contain ingredients harmful to pearls. These solutions could destroy and dissolve the finish. This cleaner does a great job, brings back luster, and is totally safe to use.

Definitely removed grudge from culture and fresh water pearls
I received a treasure trove of cultured and fresh water pearls from and estate. I was afraid to make my own wash. So I purchased this Jewelry cleaner. I washed many pieces of pearls and the solution is black as soot. I guess I should throw it out now. I don't know much about pearls but I can definitely say the jewelry now has an amazing luster. It didn't do anything for the sterling silver or gold clasps they are still grungy. But one step at a time. I will definitely be keeping a jar of this on hand. I gave it 4 stars because I thought it was a bit pricey for the size of the jar.

The best all-round jewelry cleaner I've found!
I've been creating jewelry for many years, and this is the only product I use on all my metals, including silver (except very tarnished silver that needs a stronger cleaner). Safe for settings/strung necklaces with pearls, but I don't leave them in the product more than about 5mins. then rinse and dry carefully. Be sure to read the instructions!!

Product worked beautifully on both my late Mom's & Mom-in-law's pearls (the jewelry is over 60 years old). They look new. Sadly, it did not rid the knotted cords of the cigarette smell. The pearls will need to be restrung before wearing. I am hoping the pearls, themselves, are not impregnated with the smoke/nicotine damage, as well. It would be a shame to have to toss such sentimental items because of the nicotine hazard. Not worth keeping if they make you sick!
