Totally delicious
Delicious tea indeed. Such good quality. I'd never go back to the rubbish in tea bags.

Tastes like Lapsang souchong tea.
Just brewed a tea ball of this tea. Lovely gently smoky lapsang souchong taste, distinct tannin hit, smallish leaves but not dusty. Reasonably priced. This tea has become very difficult to obtain and Twinings have replaced it with a substitute. Downside to this purchase is down to Amazon not giving any useful tracking information until it was out for delivery (went on the road just before noon BST) and even then the tracking info was patchy and inaccurate. No time slot, no ETA and showing up as half a mile away just after it had been delivered.

Beware this product
This tea was awful tasteless rubbish. Not at all like the Taylor Lapsang I have bought in shops. Also I have now been informed that Lapsang tea is not available in shops because of a problem with pesticides, IS it SAFE???

Quality tea
I have purchased this twice and I will buy it again. The pine-smoked aroma is mouthwatering and the flavour reminds me of happily chomping on a No.2 pencil as a schoolchild. In a good way. Be honest, those things were delish! Anyway, it is a perfectly good tea at a reasonable price and I love it.

A very good everyday tea.
This is very good tea. The flavour is a lovely smokey one, and I usually place the 1kg pack into a sealed container from which I fill my smaller tea caddy. This tea is not top notch (you would be paying a great deal more for quality lapsang tea), which is why I have given it 4 stars, but for everyday use, and for the price, it is good. I will continue to buy this in the foreseeable future.

Not the best quality,,but I’d cost is a consideration so be it.
This is not the best flavoured Lapsang I have had but it is acceptable. The leaves are quite small and more than I usually are needed to get the depth of flavour intensity I like. However it is good value for money if cost is a consideration, and delivery was next day by Royal Mail I have now downgraded this item as it has a lot of “dust”:which evades a strainer. , and ends up,in the bottom of a cup.
