The water inside the package is not used one it is safe
Tata Swach Cristella Advance uses a Swach filter cartridge that contains activated carbon and silver nanoparticles, and importantly, the cartridge is pre-filled with some water when new. This is normal and intentional. The reason: 1. Pre-wetting the filter: The manufacturer pre-fills the cartridge so that the filter media stays moist, which helps activate the silver and carbon layers. This ensures the filter works effectively right from the first use. 2. Avoiding air pockets: A dry filter can have air gaps, reducing efficiency. Pre-filled cartridges eliminate that issue. 3. Safety and hygiene: The pre-filled water is sterile and safe; it’s not “used water.” People who are claiming that it is used please go through some self research or else drink water straight away from your instead of blaming any company or seller
