I'm very happy with this solid oak wood chest of drawers. It's very sturdy, attractive and came assembled already, except for the handles. I usually love DIY, assembling flat pack furniture, etc. But have been very busy lately, so had to put a bit of time aside to put the handles on the chest of drawers, but found it pretty straight forward once I started to put the handles on.

I'm very pleased with this chest of drawers. I shopped for ages and delighted to enjoy a really well put together piece of furniture. All I had to do was add the knobs, it came fully assembled (thank heavens) and smells fresh and the drawers are deep and run smoothly. I've put in silk items and nothing has snagged. I've since bought a second chest of drawers and equally impressed by the second purchase. Highly recommend this seller, as there wasn't a scratch on them and they were delivered on the date promised.

I absolutely love my chest, the oak is just beautiful and stunning. The fact that it came fully assembled was great for me as my arthritis stops me doing a lot today. The workmanship is outstanding and the price was reasonable. All in all, extremely happy with my purchase

I purchased this chest of draws and 2 other models of supposedly Oak made chests in good faith off this company. Not knowing then where it was made, or it's origin. Amazon might not even know about this, but it is what I would call a breach of the law. The furniture advertised by this company have very little Oak in them if any? It is advertised as Oak, but when you get it, it is made from a cheap pine and the Oak grain is applied to the pine to make it look like Oak at some time during manufacture.. To advertise like this, I suspect it may be an offence under the UK laws covering the Trade Descriptions Act? Or some other law to do with advertising in the UK.. if I were Amazon. I would be investigating further using their lawyers to do so. Otherwise It could get Amazon in serious trouble and they know nothing about it... As far as quality of workmanship goes, it leaves a lot to be desired. The quality of the pressed metal draw runners that are supplied, are not good and do not fit very well or run very well, without the draws catching and banging.. Again due to the quality of workmanship. The furniture I bought off them came ready assembled and wrapped in a cardboard to protect it. The delivery men did remove the wrapping and dispose of it back to their lorry. From what I can gather. This furniture is made in Vietnam and assembled in Birmingham?. The delivery guys did not have a great command of the English language. So I could not get too much information. For the quality you get for your money. I will not be buying anything from them again. Nor would I recommend them to anyone else to make a purchase from them....

These products look lovely (I also purchased 2 bedside tables at the same time), however they seem quite poorly made. I’ve had to use filler where the rails have been pushed apart to accommodate the drawers, and although they are ‘solid’ wood, it’s oak faced thin softwood. The bottoms of the drawers are really thin too. I don’t think these are good value for money - but I didn’t return them because I really needed something abs lockdown meant I couldn’t go and buy anything else quickly. In fairness, I didn’t contact the seller about the rails pull apart (because I didn’t have the time to send them back and await a replacement), so they could well have been really fair and exchanged for me. This is on me not them. Thankfully these are for a room that isn’t used much so they won’t get much use - but I don’t think they’d stand up well to everyday heavy use.
