Love it! Excellent Breakfast Pan! 2 Months of Daily Use
Love this ceramic pan! It changed my breakfast routine for the much better! It’s super non stick (as long as you take care of it) and it’s so quick and easy to wash. I find it works best with plenty of avocado oil. I was cautious because I read several reviews reviews saying the ceramic non stick doesn’t last long, but I also read the instructions and indications well and they state it isn’t made for cooking at very high temperatures and to not let food sit there and stick to it. As long as you “stick” to those two indications, I believe it will last a long time. I mostly use it for breakfast foods like eggs, veggies, and chicken and avoid cooking steaks and pork sausages that require very hot temperatures (I got a cast iron to use for those instead.) So far the non stick properties have lasted a 3 months. I had one instance in the past month where I cooked a skinless pork sausage in it and it immediately began to stick to the pan. I panicked because it all started browning and sticking to the pan, so I immediately added more oil. In retrospect I should have just stopped cooking it and moved to another pan. I was worried I had ruined my pan and its nonstickiness. It cleaned it diligently and it cleaned up well but lost some nonstickness for the next couple of cooks. I feel like it the nonstickness is returning but not like it was new. Even still i love the pan and I would purchase it again! Just don’t cook meats at very high temperatures and if someone starts to stick then remove it! Not worth ruining your pan. Take care of it and it will take care of you. :)

Very well built.
Excellent for non-stick even using butter or oil.

Great pan for the money! Updated review!!!
A friend recommended a different Bialetti pan when I asked about something to poach salmon fillets in. I went with this one because the bottom is plain, vs. coated. This works beautifully for poaching salmon fillets, and for stir-fries. (Using my already-owned Pyrex lid.) One does have to pay attention to the (gas, at my house) heat level. And for those who care, it needs to be hand-washed. But I do that, anyway. My other cookware is Le Creuset, and my skillets are all Lodge. I really enjoy using this pan. Easy to use, and easy to clean. Review update: Five years out, am not so thrilled with it. The ceramic coating scratches easily. It's fine for fish fillet poaching, but sauteed stuff sticks. A lot. Apparently, this pan isn't designed/intended for long-term (multi-year) use. Now I know!

Creme de la Creme of my pans!
This pan is elegant & perfect in every way! It's well balanced to sit flat on my burners. The ceramic coating is easy to clean. I follow the directions that came with it: no dishwasher, no cold water in it while hot. I use a little no-calorie organic olive oil pan spray before putting it on heat. After use, I let it cool on an unused spot on the stove, then after eating I soak it a few minutes. Then I can get it clean with cold water & a soft sponge. I don't even use soap on it.The only thing is: don't let your dog lick it out! Mine has a tiny scratch from my dog's teeth... My mistake!

Very light, even heat distribution and well made
This is my 4th Bialetti pan. I replaced an older (7 years old) Bialetti pan which was at the end of its life (unbelievable it lastest 7 years with everyday use). This pan is very light and has even head distribution. I use very little oil (cooking spray) to cook.I bought this pan knowing you can't put it into the oven.I'm very happy with this pan and I hope it lasts another 7 years.I'm slowly replacing my aging calphelon pots and pan with Bialetti.

Good alternative to Teflon-I thought- I was wrong. It doesn't last.
Received the saute pan... and love it, straight off the bat. My wife found out that you can just use kitchen towels to clean between uses. Soap water and soft sponge is enough to maintain it from day-to-day. Use wooden spatula, and this will last. Works great at medium flame - do not even need oil for omelets(even though they suggest you need a little). In many years, this time really satisfied frying eggs, making omelets etc. Still early - yet, my gut says, this is a good product.update: 12/18/2012 - There is slight noticeable patch/discoloration over time - you have to look closely to notice. Also, we realized that this pan is not to be heated at high for long... Still it works as a safer saute pan, per the product description. Bought two more as Xmas gifts.update: 3/27/2015 - Today the pan went into the trash. I will post picture. Hope Bialetti can offer warranty. The pan not only discolored over time (for the past 2 yrs), it started getting scales... and we got scared of the scales mixing with the food. I am sorry, I went from a 5-star to a 1-star with this product. Hope their newer products are better. I was so excited....

Awesome!
I needed a frying pan and wanted to avoid teflon because some of my family members love to turn the heat all the way up when they cook and I have a bird. So I chose this one. First off...its really pretty! The white enamel. The handle is gorgeous. It cooks evenly. It cleans up really easily. The sides are high and steep. I never really cared about this. But, it is SO convenient. Much less splatter when we fry.I like them and will be replacing my others with them.

I adored this skillet...until everything started to stick to it
Since that old nonstick teflon junk is always eventually flaking off and getting in my food, I decided to toss my old pans and use cast iron, stainless steel, and this porcelain type of pan instead. This has a wonderful nonstick surface and the white color is actually great for seeing how done your food is. I am following the manufacturer's advice about hand washing and using plastic utensils. So easy to clean!!!January 2013: Sorry to have to downgrade this now, but after a few months food began to stick to this skillet. My daughter has 2 of these, and they began to stick as well. In both cases, we were very careful to hand wash the skillets, avoid using metal utensils, use only low to medium heat, etc. Therefore, I am only giving this product 3 stars now. :(

This pan is amazing
Cooks easily, cleans easily, and the food just slides out of the pan. What more can I say.

Impressive
What's impressive is how quickly it's failing. I had been using one of the "copper" frypans, it started sticking after 6 months. This one I've been using for 2 weeks, and eggs are now beginning to stick (with oil in the pan). The problem started with trying to do "quick fry" pork chops, which require high heat to sear the surface of the meat. Big mistake.A followup (May23)... The oil was Canola oil, and it beads up in the hot pan, so is useless for eggs. Today I did scrambled eggs, using Becel margarine. It spread nicely across the pan, and the eggs were "non-stick".

Good pan, bad start.
Product came with scratches and scuff marks out of the box. Looked like someone dragged it on the floor.
