We have been using Up take for over a year now. Not sure what was wrong with this blueberry Lemonade kind, but absolutely NO flavor with it!?

Blueberry lemonade Is my favorite. We had a local store and they closed up. I was so excited to find it on amazon. I drink this every morning no matter what. I do workout 5 days a week but even on days I miss for whatever reason I still drink it. I have been able to get a better work out plus at home I feel I get more energy to even cleaning my house. I buy at least one of these a month and have for over a year. This is the only flavor I really love. I tried all the other and they are good but this is my favorite. I will for sure buy again.

I am very sensitive to caffeine and this had me jittery all day and night. It doesn’t state the caffeine amount on the label, which is frustrating. Far more caffeine than the average pre-workout drink. I was not a fan.
