Unit worked fine out of the box for about two weeks. Then quit for no apparent reason. Won't heat, rotate, anything. It's like it is not getting power, but tried multiple outlets that I knew were working. Called Amazon- they basically told me to contact the seller (what else could they do?). I asked them to contact the seller and tell the seller to email me-a week ago. To date, nothing.

I bought this heater and it worked well for a couple of weeks. Then it suddenly stopped turning on. It is also difficult to turn on even when it is working because you have to lightly tap the on button pretty lightly. So anyways I asked for a replacement heater and amazon sent me one immediately. Then I turn that one on and it worked for about twenty minutes then shut off. I was like that’s weird then it wouldn’t turn back on no matter what I did. I checked the button on the bottom and made sure the surface was even and unplugged it plugged it back in. Don’t buy this heater. I sent them both back.

I bought this for my hot yoga practice and found it to be exactly what I was looking for. I only use the lower heat setting and even so it heats up the room very quickly (with door closed). It is quiet, with excellent safely measures. It stops when it's moved even ever so slightly.

Like bathroom or cubicle at work. Nothing more. One of the star ratings Is for remote control - there was no remote control. Power on button sometimes hard to see on the black model. All I all an okay cheap heater. Don’t expect much from it.

If you’re looking for a heater that you can rely on...look elsewhere.The heater works pretty well...when it wants to work. After about a week or so of using it, one day it just started not responding. I turn the switch on and press the power button...it makes a little noise...and then nothing. Sometimes if I keep turning it off/on throughout the day and pressing the power button multiple times it’ll start working. I use this since I’m not working from home in our downstairs where it’s chilly. It’s now the 3rd of my work week with no heater.

So, It's cheap. Mine was probably a fluke. (my luck, haha. ...) My heater's motherboard didn't even have the buttons connected. Literally there there were supposed to be the place for where the buttons get their commands did not exist. It was empty. Just a blank spot.Due to my experience, I cannot recommend this. But it was probably a fluke and I have terrible luck. Take my story with a grain of salt.Ofcourse if you see other reviews like this, buyer beware.

Had the heater for 22 months. Stopped working totally after that. Never liked the “touch-controls”. Should have returned it. Waiting to see what seller might do for me...suspect nothing. Lesson learned about ordering imported goods on Amazon.
