The support sits comfortably under your belly and then wraps behind your back to provide a lifting support for your baby. Simply adjust the elasticated straps to achieve the desired lift and tummy tension.

Directions:

Fix the main strap against your lower back and underneath your belly, then fasten using the Velcro. Don’t fasten too tight.
Fix the smaller abdominal strap over the top of your belly and adjust so that it provides lift without feeling restrictive.
Adjust both straps again until the desired tension is achieved.

Do not wear at night or whilst sleeping. Do not over-tighten. Hand Wash Cold Only and Dry Flat. Consult your doctor before using.
