Organized and writing prompts
This was my favorite journal that I could fins. I buy it as gifts because it was so easy to fill out daily. The writing prompts are perfect to get you started.

I really reccommend this one!
I am expecting my second child. With my first I used a different journal, but I didn't like it that much. The old one was a paperback with crummy paper. I *love* this one! It's a great value, with good quality paper that is good for writing on. I like they way each week is a little different in what you are prompted, but there is still a running theme for you to come back to, so you can see how things have changed. I like the kind of prompts that they give you; with any book, there may be non-applicable things, but this book still has lots for me to respond to. It is very durable, and comes with dividers and an elastic placeholder so you can find where you left off. It also has pockets and places for you to paste pictures. I'm glad it does ask for a belly pic each week, because we're not doing that. There's even room to fill in a few things once the baby is born, and to record how things went at the hospital. This book was so nice, I am thinking of getting its counterpart, baby's first journal... not sure yet, since I will also have a baby book. I spent a lot of time going over the different journals out there, and I'm glad I got this one. I like it better than some of the more popular/common ones!

Good journal.
This is a nice pregnancy journal and has a lot of information you can write in it. There were many things I did not even think to write in my last pregnancy journal. Not a lot of room for storing items though. One thing I don't like about this book or it's partner (My baby's journal) is that it seems to avoid any mention or talk about anything Christian. One of the very first quotes I saw was from the Quran, but there was no quote from the Bible. In the Baby book, there is no first Easter (there is Christmas) or Christening. Instead they call my Christening, my naming day, which is a non-religious party to celebrate your baby. It is a nice book, but I don't like that it is so politically correct. It excludes my religion just to cater to anyone who might be offended and that rubs me the wrong way. Won't be buying this book again just because of that.

*Unlike the other review,I LOVE this!!!*
Seriously, I didn't really think there was going to be much of a difference between pregnancy journals and this one looked alright to me so I got it.Both I and my fiance were amazed,we think it fantastic.I guess it depends on the type of person you are and what you're looking for,if you want to write a book about the experience, this one ISN'T for you.If you want to keep track of all the little details,it's perfect!Gorgeous photographic images,HARD cover, little pockets for momentos, sections to help you keep track of your head, like a space to help list what you'll need for the nursery and such,VERY helpful! On top of that it has everything essential(to me) to a pregnancy journal as well,a space to write each week, little tips on how your baby grows this week,EVEN spots for the girls at your baby shower and hospital the day fo the birth to write you and your baby permanant notes!!!Sooooo...Long story short, this product fits me and our pregnancy to a T,but I'm sure it won't be perfect for everyone. If you want more of a blank type journal to do more of your own thing, get something else. If you want something structured with helpful tips and such,it's GREAT!Good Luck to you and yours!

Great book
I am pregnant with my second and we used this same book the first time around. I feel like I am a little lazy to complete the whole thing this time around (I didnt really do the whole thing the first time around either). There is a lot of information for new mom's and help with preparing for baby #1. I wanted to get it so I would have the same book for each of my kids. It was great for #1, but a little too much for baby #2. There is a lot of room for sonogram photos, receipts from the doctor, notes from the doctor, etc. I didnt like that many of the weeks ask how you are feeling, etc., but I would rather write about new developments other than cravings and energy levels. There is a lot of room to track everything you might need for a first baby.

This journal brings me such joy. I bought one with my second daughter and ...
Where do I begin?!? This journal brings me such joy. I bought one with my second daughter and wrote in it daily. Literally. There are so many pockets, memories to write down, spots to put pictures. The beginning lets you put special information of you and hubby. Absolutely loved it! SOOOOOO much I got one for my third daughter. 10 years later, hubby and I have decided to have another baby and this journal has again made its way to our shelf for its daily writing ritual. I can't wait to share all these memories, photos, ultrasound photos with my children. DEFINITELY hands down get this journal. Congrats!

Not the best
I personally did not like this journal. Though it gives you space to write all all the doctor's info and gives you lists of items you will need for your baby, it does NOT give you enough space to write how you feel. It is broken down by week and though I don't want to write everyday this forces you to write what it wants you to write. For instance one week it says to write about your early ultrasound. I did not have an early ultrasound so that whole week felt like it was wasted unless I wanted to cross things out. Then on week 14 it says who did you tell etc. well I told everyone at week 4 so that was irrelevant also. I just felt it did not give me enough room to write what I wanted. Some pre-scripted questions are fine but this whole journal is this way. I hate it. I had this journal The Pregnancy Journal: A Day To Day Guide To A Healthy And Happy Pregnancyby A. Christine Harris when I was pregnant with my daughter and I liked it so much more. It gave you space to write, some prescripted questions, and also gave you daily updates on what your baby was doing that day.

Not enough space to write my own things, too American-centric
I bought this to document my first pregnancy. I was disappointed when I received it. It doesn't have a lot of room for me to write my own notes. A lot of weeks are taken up entirely by check-lists, so I don't get to write anything at all. It has too many budget work sheets and shopping lists that just waste space. It's also very American, so some of it doesn't apply to my experience of being pregnant in Canada. The book separates the weeks into trimesters but starts the second trimester in week 15, which is strange. I do like that it has a few pockets to store things, but other than that I pretty much hate the book. I don't recommend it and will be buying something else.
