I hesitated to buy this item based on the reviews I saw, but I took a leap of faith and I am glad I did! I got a bargain for an amazing piece! This Laptop works fantastic! Looks like battery life is great for the amount of work I do in it. I highly recommend it! Buy it!

The Microsoft Surface series is unparalleled. Fantastic quality, good battery life, great portability, excellent performance, etc. My ONLY complaint is that I don't like the way the keyboard attaches and is kind of floppy. It's awkward with the kickstand when using on your lap. Otherwise, amazing.

I recently bought this laptop for work and I was thrilled to have such an amazing piece of hardware. I will say, it's a beautiful piece of hardware, in terms of the physical devices, it's wonderful. However, pretty much from the minute I started using it, there were problems. Trying to install updates and programs I've run into non-stop blue screens of death (BSOD if you're familiar.) I'm pretty good with computers and tried running all kinds of diagnostic programs and fixes. I've even re-imaged once (which mean completely reinstall a fresh version of windows, not to be confused with resetting it) and it still didn't work. At this point I have to imagine there's an internal hardware problem but all I know for sure is this is a wildly unprofessional job that has resulted in a unusable computer. Hopefully I can get it exchanged because I really do love the potential it has. Please be careful buying refurbished!

I loved this laptop because I am able to do work and play games on it. It runs league of legends perfectly for those looking into using it for that. The only thing I dislike is the charger. Mine kept popping out or not charging correctly and the battery dies fast when gaming. You need to keep it plugged in at all times. I bought a Chromebook charger to charge my laptop to fix the problem.

This is a great machine! We’ve always been a Mac family, but have moved away from it due to the high-dollars that mac wants for a new machine.For the money, this computer has it all. It’s a laptop and a tablet in one package, it boots quickly, operates flawlessly... there’s really not much to dislike.If there were one thing I could improve, it’d be the battery life in the tablet portion. It’s not that long-lasting. However, one thing that nobody seems to mention is that the power adapter plugs into the tablet portion, as well.So, if you’re looking to save literally thousands over buying both a Mac and an iPad, and don’t mind windows or the lessened tablet battery life, this is an excellent choice.I’d recommend it, but with those aforementioned disclaimers.

nice. Installed windows 11 contrary to everyone's post. So very happy.

I will keep this short. This refurbished vendor is ruining the program. One of the Book 2 was running a fragmented version of Windows 11 Home (something the i5 7300 CPU is not certified for by MS) and the OS reported the License was in use on another device. This machine also came with a under powered 65 watt aftermarket power supply that ran hot. The second machine looked as good as the first but it to had OS issues. It was running Windows 10 pro but Windows Update would not successfully apply the latest feature updates that MS said were available for the machine. I suspect another corrupted reimaging was done by the refurb vendor. They are really hurting the Amazon program!I ordered a second set of machines from another vendor for a few $ more. I am hoping for much better results.

Excellent product and fantastic customer service! When I received the laptop I was beyond thrilled but I couldn't power it on, unfortunately the charger that came was defunct, but it would charge with a high powered USB-C from another device. I contacted Lifecycle and their support was fantastic! In less than 24 hours they contacted me back and sent me a new charger that works perfectly!
