You can change how hard or light you want to squeeze the handle depending on how strong you are and you can build up muscle that way. It is great for your forum muscles and you can walk on the treadmill while you are using this. it is made of good quality and perfect for Jim or even if you want to take it with you to work and sit at your desk and squeeze it for stress

Quality is decent for youth. I would hesitate trusting the precision of the spring correlating to an exact weight. I bought this for my boys for grip and forearm strength in baseball. Obviously, I had to try it out first. Putting in on the max setting seemed to soften the spring a little where each incrementally lower setting seemed easier to not only myself but to my boys. Still enough stiffness after a few weeks to justify the purchase.

I saw them on a guy on Facebook and looked them up and I hace to say that they work great , I take them to work and when I’m driving I used it .

I was totally digging this hand gripper...I liked the rubberized handles and the variable levels of resistance. I was using this gripper mainly to warm up my hands before using my heavier captains of crush grippers, and all was fine and dandy until I noticed what looked like grinded pieces of the plastic on my lap. Appears that the handles are rubbing against each other at the hinge, causing a shredding of the plastic. Garbage product.

Working great for me so far only downside i should've bought 2 haha.

The item broke after 12 months of use. It’s not durable.

Big fan of this product. I really like that you can change the resistance. I bought it as my wrist was becoming sore from boxing. Ive been using this everyday and can feel my wrists getting stronger and I no longer have pain when boxing so im happy.

Great value and arrived quick. Have been mistaken for Popeye twice since receiving it, aside from the fact it was by myself when looking in the mirror, I still take that as a win. If you don’t buy this item you need to GET A GRIP!
