Pros:The Force is strong with this one!Costume was fantastic and great fun to wearGreat detail and quality, it was a huge hit at the party with everyone wanting to take photos.Shoulders are a nice durable plasticCape is very high quality nice heavy weight materialBelt and Chest Components light up and look great but the buttons cannot be flipped or played with.Ankle/Shin Guards fit well over boots bootsGloves were comfortable and fit well, had enough room to hide the Darth Vader Breathing controller inside for use and still hold a light saberCons:The Jumpsuit is like wearing an oven, unless you've survived falling into lava it's hard to keep on for more then 30 minutes to an hour without baking in your own juices. it's heavy fake plastic fo-leather type material with a soft cloth fabric liner that doesn't breath at all. This didn't make it any less epic to wear but it does making wearing it for long periods of time difficult.Helmet Lenses are very blurry cheap clear plastic as many other reviews have noted, they can easily be popped out so best to replace them if you can. while the blurry plastic lenses make it difficult to see out of it was still easy to hear everything around me and was well ventilated. I wear a US XL size motorcycle helmet and it was comfortable for me to wear for extended periods of time, the mask has adjustable straps inside that make it easily fit many head sizes.The Wiring for the Darth Vader Breathing sounds was not well protected, it feels very loose like it could be pulled out of the components easily, this is a concern because the speaker is attached to the helmet and the trigger is meant to be run through the sleeve and kept in the glove. When you take the helmet off with a gloved hand it can be very hard not to tug at the wiring. I ended up just keeping both the speaker and trigger in my glove to avoid damaging them.Be careful storing the shoulders in the box, always wrap the cape around them, the costume box can scratch the pain on the shoulders when taking them out or storing them.Other:I'm 6' 4" 180lb which is a few inches above what they claim the suit fits to 6' 2" but I was able to wear it comfortably standing up, walking around, doing poses for photos but bending and sitting was not possible as torso length was an issue for me because the crotch to shoulder height of the jumpsuit was too tight. All the other components such as arms, legs, shoulders, chest, waist were all very comfortable.It's very hard to reach the zipper at the back of the jumpsuit so I recommend tieing a 3' - 4' black string to the jumpsuit zipper or you will need a friend to help you get it on and off and that's just awkward when you need to use the restroom! The string will be hidden by the cape and robe.I plan to try and either tailor the jumpsuit or replace it entirely with something that is more comfortable to wear for long periods of time.Final Thoughts:While it's not up the standards of the 501st Legion I'm extremely happy with my purchase for the price!

Had this not been so tight in the torso, it would have been perfect. Wearing it looks just like Darth Vader. Unfortunately, the length of the body suit was not long enough for my torso, and I could not zip it up without assistance, and once zipped up, I could not bend over.

The only issue i had with this costume,, was my own mistake. I am 6'1", 220 lbs with a 46 torso measurement. The standard bodysuit was just a little bit short in height for me. Aside from a few modifications for comfort, the entire outfit is amazing to me. I personally added foam on the inside of the helmet to have it sit on my head a bit easier, sewed heavier thread around the cape's clasps, and a few other minor details.

I’m 6”1 and this fits accurately, the helmet sucks so I replaced that with a series black Vader helmet . But for a thousand dollar suit it’s pretty damn legit . Movie accurate with a new helmet . If u stick with the helmet that comes with it you will have trouble seeing out of the eyes . My only complaints are the helmet it came with and it’s a HOT suit .

I have been wanting to get this costume for a while now but it was just to much. The price of it dropped big time so I had to snatch it up. My daughters name is Leia and we are gunna be Darth and Leia for Halloween this year. The costume is awesome it looks most similer to Darth in the sceen at the end of episode 3. It does have a couple scratches and tiny chips in the paint in a few spots but ass a whole it's very minimal. Downsides are it takes 2 people to put it on, it's very hot, and extremely hard to see out of but I feel like that is to be expected with the type of costume it is. The sound effects of the breathing don't sound exactly like the effect from the movie. I'm 5'9" 190lbs stocky build it fits well if my arms and legs were a little longer it would fit perfect. I would pay around 500 dollars for it all over again. Boots and lightsaber are separate

I had such high hopes for this costume. I give it 2 stars only because when you put it on, it does look pretty awesome. As most reviews state, you need 2 people to put this costume on or take it off. We'll start with the fit, I am 6' 1" and around 250 lbs. Not obese by any means but not a twig. The plus size costume was enormous. The legs and arms could have fit two of my arms or legs in it. I actually had it tailored to cut down on a little bit of the loose fabric on the arms/legs.The cape was a very good quality and pretty heavy, the inner robe wasn't bad quality either. The chest plate is plastic and had a few scuffs of missing paint which I wasn't thrilled about. The nut cup was pretty uncomfortable the way it was, I actually cut the strap that connected to to the back because it felt like I was wearing a jock strap on the outside of my clothes the whole time. The nut cup and plastic belt have Velcro which connect each other so it looks more fluid when you're wearing it. The 2nd time I put this on the Velcro came off of one of the pieces.The worst part of this whole costume other than the heat stroke you experience while wearing it and the inability to sit down while wearing it would be the helmet. For the amount of money this costume costs, I would expect a higher quality helmet. It's a 2 piece helmet that if you don't push the tacky part at the top and the Velcro in the front together each time, it wants to come apart. The lenses are absolutely awful, like opening your eyes in a salty ocean and trying to look around.For the amount of money you spend on this costume, I expect better quality. My last time of 3 times wearing it, the zipper broke on the leather suit. If I could go back in time I wouldn't have spend the money I did on this and put it towards a custom costume from Fenix props or someone else. Hope this honest review helps.

Excelente producto. Para los que lo estén analizando, si miden menos de 1.90 mts y usan talla de pantalón menor a 34, pidan el tamaño mediano de lo contrario les quedará enorme. Esas son mis medidas y me quedo justo! Respecto al producto esta muy bueno como disfraz, pero al ser importado consideren que los tiempos de entrega serán mayores y que en aduana van a manipular el producto haciendo que corra cierto riesgo de no llegar perfectamente cuidado... lo mío afortunadamente llego bien, pero fuera de sus empaques, manipulado y algo sucio.

Item came and smelled damp, may have been stored or shipped and water has dried in. Either way I wouldn't have kept it as it's too much for such a screen inaccurate costume. Not amazons fault

for a $1000, I would expect some detailing and better material. It is not a lifetime costume. It is effective but it is cheap plastic and cheap fabric. on the positive it was ready to wear with all the accessories (gloves, voice modulator, mask, etc. I only had to add boots. Very poor visibility with the mask. Its a smeared plastic inside. it looks like someone smeared butter on the eyes. not really butter, thats just hoe the plastic molded.
