This camera is meant to be facing my liquor bar at home, which also provides a view of the center of my home. The manual has very clear instructions to set up and how to get started with the app. There’s also contact information if anyone not tech-savvy or needs help with the setting it up. The camera is small to be hided anywhere and the night vision works really well. The ultra wide-angle view helps cover more area around my living room. The camera signal called “HDQ21” can be found in WiFi list on the phone and no password is needed to connect.

Product install was a bit challenging, instructions could be clearer. Once operational, the device kept resetting the config that was selected to the defaults. The camera only adhered to 1 mode of recording, which was always. While recording, motion detection triggers would cause the video to freeze, so subjects would start to enter the frame, then disappear. These pauses got worse the longer the recordings continued - I stopped counting when they got to more than 20 seconds in duration. I was away from home and looking forward to using the remote connect feature. It worked for the first day, then I was never able to reconnect. The built-in video player has only 1 mode, play. So forget skipping, rewind, seek, etc.On the plus side, compression seemed to be pretty good. After a week of recordings, only about 28GB was used up. Also, recordings were broken into 10 minute files, which is a nice way of minimizing potential corruption.With a little more work, this could have been a decent camera

This is my third mini camera purchase (first two from other sellers/mfr's), but the first one where the instructions ACTUALLY MAKE SENSE! I guess the third time really is a charm! Instruction manual also has a "FAQ" section which is actually a troubleshooting section and answers some issues that you might have. The buttons on the outside of the camera also are so simple and easy to use....takes out all the guesswork. The other cameras I bought are junk compared to this one. I just got it today....I was able to set it up pretty quickly, but haven't used it for my intended purpose yet. The alerts for the motion detection are great! Comes with a USB connector/adapter for your SD card, in case your computer doesn't take SD cards, which is nice (SD card not included). Also comes with a charging cable & charger and a magnetic stand that swivels so you can get the right angle for wherever you put/mount it. Hopefully I can update further once I use it a bit and can post some screenshots of the quality.

I bought it to keep an eye on kids, pets while at work. When it is not plugged in the battery only lasts a few hrs if you only check the feed once in awhile. I keep it plugged in usually and works great. You can snap s pic or record from it and picture and sound are clear

Just receive the product today and want to give a review. This product is easy to use. The side button to turn on and off and and switch recording mode, which is convient. The camera quality is decent, the wide angle camera is helpful to monitor entire living room. I use this camera to monitor my pet in the living room. I have not tested the battery life fully yet as I still use it while connecting to charger. The app also convient and intuitive. I would recommend this product and maybe get another one for monitor bed room or garage.

Straight forward setup, nice conceal. Day time picture is great but night infrared is quite dimmed. I really like that I can use this without cord for 7 hours and wish it would come with gear for bike riding record. The motion notification is on par.

Like other reviews, I'm having same issues as other people. PROS: #1) It is small and it's also a flat black color so it won't get a glare to give it's position away. #2) The camera itself is in a foam insert to prevent and damage from drops. CONS: #1) There are different instruction manuals that say (to little detail or exactly what you need to know) how to set it up. #2) The magnetic swivel base they give you which attaches itself to the camera by means of a metal base should have another magnet on the other side so you could attach it to metal. #3): There is no email address or phone number given in the Manuel or some kinda of direction given and how to get a hold of some kind of service department.

I am giving this product a one start if i could i would give it a zero because costumer drove by the seller is extremely poor. I still have not been contacted about how to properly connect the faulty camera to WiFi and will return it. Picture quality is ok bit from time to time it will become pixelated and will stop working, in order to connect to phone you have to download a low tech sketchy app that was poorly built and confusing. Don't waste your money on this product.
