I got this 60 Wh battery for my Dell E6320 laptop computer. The battery I received would not fully charge even after several discharge/charge cycles. Rather than return it to Amazon for replacement, I decided to communicate with the vendor to see if they would replace it under warranty. I was pleased with their quick response and fast turnaround. The replacement they sent me works fine, and they emailed me a prepaid USPS label for me to return the defective battery. Unlike the original Dell 30 Wh battery, this 60 Wh battery sticks out the back of the laptop about 1/2 inch. This is not an issue for me, as I prefer having a battery with twice the capacity of the original one. Starting with a full charge, with the screen at full brightness, using a USB 802.11ac WiFi adapter, streaming Sirius radio online continuously, playing at a fairly low speaker volume, the battery was down to 7% charge after 3 hours and 15 minutes. I consider this to be very good battery life, making the battery a very good value at $30.

This was an absolute bargain for a Dell Latitude 6330. Almost gave away the dang laptop because of poor life on the old battery. Laptop is back to life again and chugging away as usual. Battery life is close to 2 hours with my power option settings. Wish I could get more life out of it. But, oh well. I can now work on the laptop with me in the media room, far far away from a power outlet, while I watch a 1 - 2 hours movie :)Item arrived well packaged and ready to go. However, make sure you condition the battery properly prior to use. This involves FULLY CHARGING the battery the first time and then FULLY DIS-CHARGING it immediately with heavy usage. After this, you can then charge and discharge normally. Manufacturer should probably include this information/instruction in the package.

battery life was great at first, 3 hours, now it's down to 35-45 minutes after less than a year. Buying another one. Do not recommend.

It stopped working just a few months after buying it. My laptop recognizes that it’s a battery, it says it’s at 100%, but as soon as I unplug my laptop from AC, it immediately dies the instant it’s off an outlet

This battery causes my laptop to just shut off randomly. I have no problems with my old battery causing shut downs nor do I have shut down issues with no battery and just on straight electrical. Its obviously this battery. Not happy with this at all.
