Pricey but good substitue for wheat spaghetti
These are gluten free, which to be honest is not a consideration in our family, and low carbohydrate/high fibre/high protein which is. They do hold together well when cooked and are a reasonable substitute for conventional spaghetti if you are trying to keep the carbs down. I was type 2 diabetic for 10 years when I decided to do something about it and these played a part in the transition from full-blown type 2 to "resolved" (i.e. not diabetic). As an incidental bonus, I also shed loads of weight and lowered my BP. This is now a standard part of the family diet, replacing wheat spaghetti. My only real concern, which knocked off one star, is the cost - beyond the reach of many I would think.
