I bought this chair not because I wanted to use it for gaming, but because I prefer these kinds of chairs over office chairs. It took me a while to find a chair that fit me properly since I'm 6" but this chair has a very wide and long base which is perfect, my knees don't hang out too far. The material feels high quality and the pillows are comfy, although a little tough. The massage function is a bit gimmicky and I wish the cable was longer, but otherwise this chair was a miracle to find since all the other gamer chairs seem to be made for children... The leg rest is also incredibly comfortable. I'm writing this review after owning the chair for 2 months and overall I'm very satisfied. Highly recommend it.

First off, this chair with box weights almost 60 pounds! Get another pair of hands to help you lift this beast into the house. And make sure that second pair of hand stays, you will need them in about 20 minutes trust me.The instructions are at least in English, but the photos of what you are supposed to do are kinda lacking. But if you have put together enough IKea furniture (like most of us have) then you can figure out how this goes together without much difficulty. Though; I left the arms for last after I put the "foot rest" on the chair, it helped hold the arms in place while I tightened things down.Don't tighten everything till you get the chair put together, once its upright and all the parts are attacked feel free to Hulk those screws down into place. And double check the ones that are already in place (the two under the arms) that the factory installs, or they will wiggle lose in less than a week.Putting the back of the chair on was a nightmare by myself, and took me more swearing and time than I really care to admit to here. The best way I found was to lay the back down on the seat, attach the floppy bracket first then, flip the chair on its left side and pressing down get the other screws to attach. They will be to short if you don't push on the brackets. This would have been much easier with help.Mine unfortunately came with a defect. The back of the chair has a zipper and the bottom right corner was cut and the zipper was peeling apart. I only noticed after I put the chair together. I messaged the company via email and basically got told to go bitch to Amazon; thanks customer service rep that wasn't really helpful but OK. I know if I had gone to Amazon they would have sent me a replacement chair but I would have had to taken the first chair apart stuff it back into its box and yeah, not about to do that; not with all the effort it took to set this one up the first time. So I just stitched up the zipper (not like you will use it anyway) and called it good. So look over your whole chair BEFORE you put it together.I have had this chair for a little over a week and the zipper defect was my biggest problem so far. Though my left arm got a little wobbly today and I just had to take the hex wench and give the two black hex head screws on the bottom of the vertical arm a few turns and it tightened right up no problem. I will update if I have anymore worth reporting.

I normally don't write reviews unless I hit an extreme. Either super good or super bad. And we have a super good one here. I'm 5'11, 215, this chair is awesome for me. The leg part comes to mid calf on me, which doesn't seem ideal but it works here. I would buy this again in a heart beat.Some notes:-massage pillow works better then I thought it would. Not the most intense massage but I enjoy it very much.-don't let the recliner going to mid-calf be the reason you don't buy. The more you recline, the better it fits.-the arm rests not going all the back to the chair back. While it can be awkward and does seem like it'd be better if they were extended, they're fine when you're sitting straight up. It's like the further back you go, the more you don't need the arm rests but leg part works better.I'd buy this chair again in a heart beat. No regerts.

I bought the purple and black one, was good for about the first 2 weeks, then the hydraulics started to go and i would randomly start sinking closer to the ground which annoyed me. The arm rests are too far away from your body and very uncomfortable to use. I bought this char because people were giving it great reviews. I regret ever buying this chair. wish i would have spent my money of a different chair that was better and would have actually lasted longer then a couple of weeks, Even bought chair savers for it to stop it from randomly lowering itself while I'm sitting it in, those helped for a couple months then the chair started doing it again and had to resort to putting zip ties around the chair savers to tighten them up to prevent the chair from lowering itself. DON'T waste your money on this chair.I am updating this review. After i wrote it, I recieved an email from the customer service from Ficmax who wanted to work with me to fix my chair and make all the issues with the chair better. We emailed back and forth for a couple of days and have since came to a solution on how to solve my issues and make the situation better. they have amazing customer service if you ever have any issues with the chairs you buy.3 weeks after dealing with the customer service from this company. they promised me a full return for the chair i bought and yet i have not seen any form of return happen. nor have they sent me an email back to any of the emails i have sent them in the past 3 weeks and i have sent them 2 now.

It's really good I've had this chair for about 8 months now and still works great! The material is not cheap very comfy and the sit is larger than usual so it's really nice!

I read every review of this chair and still bought the black/blue/white color model.I'm actually impressed with what I recieved, especially for the price.Here's some notable points:It wasn't difficult to assemble though having a drill with the allan bit helped alot. Took about half an hour.The armrests are a solid material that is very comfortable and sturdy. The armrest mounts are made of thick steel as are the chair back supports.One of the more important things to me was the full recline. It works awesome. And the pillow placement makes it very comfortable in every position, I could easily sleep on this chair when it's layed flat and probably will at some point.The recline handle works well and doesn't snap or jerk the backrest up. There are lots of positions to lock into and they do stay locked as they should.The legrest works and actually has really thick plastic mounts. I read alot of reviews that these break easily but they are surprisingly heavy weight plastic. And I was shipped an extra one with the chair.Speaking of shipping, here is the one issue I did have - packaging.They had the chair packed in a way that the chair legs were almost poking out of the sides of the box and one did get scuffed a bit by the courier.Plus the arrangement of the pieces in the box let them press into eachother, one of which made a large imprint on the chair seat.I'm hoping the imprint will go away after sitting on it for many times/hours.Honestly though this is the best office/computer chair I've had and I do recommend it!

Took me and my brother two hours to put together-You do need two people. I don't like the pillow head rest as it keeps your head to far away from the back of the chair and hurts the neck as there is no neck support. It would be better if you could lower the pillow so it would support the neck and not the head.The lumbar support would be better if it was wider and sat higher up on the chair. Even better if not used.

I purchased this chair to use with my home office and for gaming. The chair looks great and its comfortable. However, I've had the chair for less than 3 months and the piston is constantly loosing lift and needs to be replaced. I'll set my desired height for the chair and within minutes the chair lowers itself to floor. Not acceptable. Ficmax, please advise.

Easy to Install, wheels are smooth. Nice Back rest adjustment and above of all play Apex Legend sitting on it and easily get 1000 damage per game. Before I use to get 200 damages only. And I am serious about that last part.
