Absolute classic books, really bring back childhood memories. Some dated language here and there but since I was reading this alongside my little one it was easy to subtly adapt where needed. The concept and imaginative ideas are brilliant!

I read Enid Blyton as a child of the 60's and 70's.I am encouraging my grandchildren to enjoy EB too. Lovely stories.

My grandson is thoroughly enjoying the Wishing Chair stories. Three generations in my family have all loved Enid Blyton’s books and I’m sure the next generation will too.

This was bought as an Easter present for my 5 years old granddaughter. Her teacher had read some of the stories to them at school and she liked them. Apparently my granddaughter is delighted with the books and has a story read to her each bedtime.

I bought these for my 4 year old son for Christmas. He has absolutely adored having them read to him at bedtime and I have enjoyed reading stories that I loved as a child. We have now finished the 3rd book and are now about to start on the Enid Blyton 'Wishing Chair' stories...

I read these books as a child and bought them to read toy our6 and4 year old sons. Our 6 year old finds them a bit difficult to read to himself and as they don't have loads of pictures he tends to lose focus. However, our 4 year old just loves them!

Great for a 5 year old's bedtime stories. Nice and short chapters, and a good follow up to the Enchanted Wood trilogy. And I get to re-live my Enid Blyton childhood stories. Famous Five here we come...
