Came in 4 days early
Just received it, four days early. It's exactly as pictured, but did have a small cut in it(pictured). Very simple to assemble, but I gotta say I had some trouble aligning the holes on the arm rests to the holes on the back rest. It's cushiony but still a bit firm which I like. The neck and back pillows are amazing, my back feels so relaxed the minute I sit down. So far it's seems to be sturdy quality. It has a great back height for a 5'6 who likes the neck pillow laying right under the base of your skull. Overall I'm very satisfied, for the price and the time it took to get here I can't complain

Great for the price
Assembled in about 30 minutes. Seems sturdy and comfy, especially compared to the stool that was being used prior to this! The extra cushions are nice and I like that the chair leans/rocks a bit if you want it to.

Its much better than nothing and much cheaper than higher quality chairs
I'm a big believer in "you get what you pay for" and I usually advise to save up, make one purchase, make one investment and don't worry about it for a few years. But something about this chair's value really scales, especially if you can grab it on sale. I got mine in white for $75 including tax and shipping. Many quality gaming chairs cost hundreds of dollars. There a handful of cheap office chairs you can snag for $60. This chair compared to one of those generic office chair is worth the extra $15. If you're looking at this chair for $90 or higher, then the former statement is true (save up). Anyway. I've had this chair for a day now and it isn't perfect. I'll go over what I like and what I don't like.Appearance: It looks nice. Doesn't look or feel too cheap. The base is metal with plastic feet. Many chairs have plastic base with plastic feet.+1ptFunctionality: This chair has a handful of features--You can adjust the height. +1ptBut it only has about a 3in range -1ptIt has a lock to let you remain upright and can be unlocked so you can recline back. +1ptIt does NOT have a way to lock in the reclined position. -1ptComfort: This chair is pretty comfy. It has a removable/adjustable head pillow and a removable/adjustable lumbar pillow as well. +1ptIt is a little stiff. Some people may like that. It also may break it after a while. I've only had it one day so I will update if something new develops. The chair has a *mostly* comfortable width to me. It measures 19" for arm to arm. But it has this little "cushion" that tries to contour your legs that makes it a little uncomfortable to sit with my legs spread even a little. I have to keep my knees closer together than I normally would to keep the "cushion" from digging into the side of my legs. Because of this, there is really only about 16" of room for your butt or the sides of your thighs. I'm about 5'10" Male 215lbs size 38 pants XL shirt. I think I am at the cusp of being able to comfortably sit in this. It was not made with larger people in mind. It does state a 250lb weight limit while we're on the topic. -1ptAssembly: I've assembled several office chairs before and this process was similar and just as easy. +1ptIf you aren't experienced or if you struggle with Ikea stuff, you may find it difficult. The hardware that they include is kinda junk. If you have the luxury of using your own hardware (or hand tools at least), I would highly recommend it. I had one bolt that had really junky threads from the factory and I couldn't do much about it, just had to cross thread it and tighten it the best I could. I had another bolt that stripped and the thread never would grab. Luckily there was one extra included in the packaging and I ended up being able to tighten it without cross threading. I think I got lucky. 90% of the assembly was smooth sailing and the few snags that arose, I knew exactly what to do. Again, if you aren't experienced with this, it could easily turn into a headache and a return to amazon over poor quality hardware

Yeah it works
Bought this for a gift a couple years ago and it was lost in mail and then we got it sorted out and now my son has had it for a couple years and it’s still alive. A little torn up from cats but still working as it should.

Absolutely PERFECT!
My fiancé absolutely LOVES IT! He is 6’3” and about 220 pounds and it’s perfect! It’s super comfortable. Love that it reclines. Great quality material. Color was awesome! The price is definitely affordable. He using it for gaming at the desk but would be an amazing office chair as well. Didn’t take long to assemble either!

Not bad, not great
At roughly a year-ish of ownership. It became my main office/computer chair, replacing a pretty standard office chair originally bought at staples/office depot. Work from home so in this chair a pretty consistent amount of time, beyond leisure time/work outside of this.Pro's - pretty durable. I'd say its gotten its fair share of wear and tear and it's still holding pretty well. No rips that I see, arm supports still holding strong, can lean back and shift the chair up/down with no issues. Head rest isn't half bad, same with the included lower lumbar support.(Sort of) Con's - It's a little smaller width wise than I'd realize. The previous staples office chair wasn't that expensive, but it had a few extra inches in the seat so it felt a bit more leisurely than this. It's not terrible, but check the width dimensions just to be sure. The seat cushion you sit on isn't much of a 'cushion' in the sense that it's soft or has any 'give' when you sit, its pretty solid. The good of this means it kept its form over time - the bad is it isn't very comfortable after extended periods; depends what you're expecting. This sturdiness also translates to the occasional bit of not so comfortable sitting with the family jewels.I bought it the intent to see if this style of chair is worth it, considering some of the competitors want $500 for these. It's good for the price point, but with some shortcomings so to me, it was worth it over spending $500 and having the same complaints.

Gaming chair at a great price!
The media could not be loaded. I highly recommend this gaming chair! It is easy to put together, it took me only 19 mins to set it up and I’m not very handy! It’s so comfortable, it has great lumbar and neck support. It’s so comfy I can sleep in it! It’s a great value, you can’t get anything this good under $250.
