EZ Supreme Tankless Water Heater - 6.4 GPM - Propane (LPG) Gas - Indoor Whole Home - Digital Display - Direct Vent Exhaust Included

The EZ Supreme makes so little sound as it operates that you don't know it's there! It's actually quieter than my old tank type water heaters! So far, I love it - and the amount of hot water is excellent! Minor complaint - the installation manual could use a re-write, as it doesn't even mention exhaust pipe diameter - or length/bends limitations, and generally needs organized. The folks at EZ Tankless are glad to help, though! Note: for any tankless, a water thermal pre-warm would be a good addition - because temperature change is RAPID!! (cold... cold... HOT!!)

Installed yesterday and immediately after hooking up and turning on hot water on the faucet got an immediate E2 error code. No one has shown that they had a problem with these yet so I am going to update after dealing with the issue. Over the weekend so boiling water and part of that is my fault but never thought there would be a problem. Will update after next week.So talked to ez this morning and they got me straightened out in 5 minutes. They had connected a wire with ong but was an easy fix works great.

Easy install, note that all of the connections are 3/4 IP so you may need some adapters. This system is in a vacation cabin and replaced a BOSCH system. Over sized for the needs but wanted to be able to fill the hot tube from it if need be. LED really has too much info on it and I would rather that it save that energy.The BOSCH was a battery ignition and those seem to be unable to get as indoor units. To power this unit we used a 100W solar panel feeding a battery style generator with true Sine wave technology.Noted to manufacturer that it would be nice to have three sizes of the custom exhaust piping because this was a bit too long but I will live with it, though I worry a bit about snow load. I suggest when you install the exhaust that you put it at a slightly downward angle to prevent water from coming into the heater and that you foil tape the tar out of it. Was able to install it by myself and used the old 6" hole through the wall with some fire wall spray foam.

Install was easy- As a point of reference, our propane company told me after the fact that for a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home we should use a water heater with 90,000 Btu or higher. At 165,000- This one is getting the job done. I was able to do all the install myself (I'm a weekend hack at best) outside of the actual propane hook up which our propane company came out and did. It takes just a few seconds and the water gets hot and stays hot!

Our first bus "Grace" has done over 10,726 showers for the homeless and working poor !!!With no signs of wearing out.Folks that's a lot of showers!We've just launched our second shuttle bus named "Mercy"She also has the EZ Supreame in her and we look forward to her producing multiple thousands of showers as well.We did not buy our heaters from Amazon but went directly through the distributor....great tech advice and assistance also...these guys really care and their product really is "Supreame"If you find us on FB you will see hundreds of photos and multiple video testimonials of just how rejuvenating these hot showers are to our local struggling population...TY EZ for making such a workhorse of a machine...we're so glad we went with this product....from 9am to 2:30 PM we operate 2 showers simultaneously non stop on the bus.....she has never failed us people boast about our showers never runningboutbof hot water... and with basic vinegar flush maintenance every couple thousand showers...we believe we will get over 10,000 more showers..who knows how long this thing will go?God alone !!!this is a really quality product and the men at EZ absolutely stand behind their product and so do I.....our success depends on these amazing water heaters.We are now beginning to build our mobile Laundry Shuttle....we are soooo Blessed!Thank you EZ

We purchased the LPG Deluxe model over 2 years ago and installed it ourselves except for the propane hookup which we had our gas company do. It recently developed a small leak but we assumed it was just condensation.The leak got worse and when we removed the cover, we noticed rust and corrosion on several components inside the unit. After contacting the distributor where we purchased it, even though they were closed on Saturdays, they requested we bring it in as we live only about 40 minutes away. The next day we dropped the unit off at EZ Tankless and within 10 minutes they called me to let me know that there had been a leak in the heat exchanger which had damaged several components. They told me that it would be cheaper to replace the unit than repair the damaged parts as the heat exchanger was still under warranty. So within less than half an hour from dropping it off, we had an identical replacement water heater which was a refurbished model but looked as good as new. This is what customer service should be like. They were very easy to work with and through e-mails, pictures and phone calls, guided us through the repair process. They even complimented our installation of the unit. I highly recommend EZ Tankless for anyone wanting to switch to a tankless system.
