This has helped us on long trips where kids fall sleep. It helps to keep their heads straight to avoid their neck to hurt later. Also, it seems that may provide support in case of a side collision (Just my opinion, have not tested).

Bought it for my brother with ALS and it works great!

Works great but when my LO is juatbsitting it kicks his head forward to whenre it isnt comfortable. It.cant be good for the neck. Once he falls asleep indont need to move the front down yet, his chin tucks in and hes out. They need to reduce the stuffing behind the head then ut would be perfect in my eyes

The product is definitely not worth $30. And it’s unacceptable that it didn’t come with a user manual. I don’t want a watch strap and that is not what I purchased. I have no idea why I’m reading about a watch strap in the correspondence or in the reviews. The product description isn’t even in proper English. I can’t believe I spent $30 on a product that is available for $9. I thought this one would be better quality than the cheaper version, but you can’t get much worse quality than this. There wasn’t even any packaging or anything indicating what the product was at all.

The forehead strap part velcros on but not very well. Also it doesn't position down low enough to hold my daughters head up very long.
